@asdaq: Is there a tip you use with that or do you vape it as is? If it's as is, that would solve my problem with the 701 mouth pieces breaking off or the 510's coming off when I put it in my pocket. Could I get some details, please?

@ everyone: did anyone copy the video that sturm made, step 1, step 2 on making the wick and heater coil? I think he took it down for some reason. I'm on day 24 with the same wick and coil and I set it up like he did and I want to do it like that again someday when needed. Everything is working great now but eventually I'll have to do it again. Thanks!

Robert

I use it just for the mouthpiece. It is the lid to one of these:

The keychain part is cut off and a 2mm hole up the center. The threading is too course but it is straight and gets one good revolution. Without shortening the threads it works too, but 2 orings are needed to cover the threads. Seems HF doesn't carry these anymore but a substitute could be found.

Thanks asdaq, if I can find one of those it will solve the problems I'm having. I guess that would be called a "key chain pill fob"? You come up with some cool stuff!

Robert, better 'small pill fob' or 'aluminum capsule'. This one is 14mm OD which fits nice with the taper at the top of the g tank. .6" is a good size to look for too. Google images shows a few good candidates.

edit: Dan's face pops up on page 15 of results LOL.

Wallgreens/ CVS has ones that are too big, female threads in the cap, and flat-topped. That last part is optional. YMMV. It really depends on your preference in uhhh.... mouthpieces to put to your lips. I've got some knurl capped fobs too, but that would just be torture.

Been quiet on this thread recently. I guess it shows how damn good the G-Tank is. Very little to discuss, just vaping happy.
I have just mixed some of my own juice, which I have not done in quite sometime and the G-Tank has been super nice for 4 days running and no signs of weakening.
You gotta love Capella Vanilla Custard flavor! ;)

We dont get juices like that here Braz lol

Hey Eyebrook, you from England? Me too originally, but now representing in LA.
I made the niquid myself, bought some 48mg DIY nicotine liquid from MyFreedomSmokes, cut it in half with PG, added 50 drops of capella vanilla custard flavor per 30mls. Everyone has been walking into my office all day saying, wow it smells good in here.
Then I whip out the G-Tank attached to the Darwin and they are like, WTF!

Loving the G-Tank :)

Even managed to pick up a 2nd one so I can stop using the Dual Coil Cartos now.

Started with #400 ss mesh & used that for 2 weeks. Then tried fiberglass, and again used that setup for 2 weeks.
Now back using the ss mesh again and definitely prefer the mesh over fiberglass taste.

Now I have 2 G-Tanks, will probably experiment a lot more with different configurations.
Been using home mixed 50/50 Blueberry Waffles 13mg ever since I got it. The capella vanilla custard does sound nice though :)

NICE! Wish I would have ordered two....but had to put the other cash towards another mod....

SS has always been my favorite wick since I got the first Genisis atty. I've tried other wicks...but always come back to the SS mesh.
