howdy eyebrook lol i think i got it down for a straight wick even though i dont have anything i made that i like yet. once i have my gtank i'll have a solid base to work with should make all the difference. cant seem to get the hang of the curved ones yet but haven't made too many since i didnt want to waste my precious little mesh (thankyou sir) but I just started a new job so I should finally be able to get some more soon.
i cant wait for it to get here so i can finally have a good working genisis setup to play with....

Hi Harm if you look at the Scubaatdan coop someone mentions turning the mesh 45 degrees so its on the bias or something, (its to do with dressmaking I think) and it bends with no kinks, ask your wife and check the thread , and good luck with your new job my friend

thank you sir. ah yes i saw that and haha i know more than my wife about sewing lol but i didnt know about that. learn something new every day or at least try to anyhow.
only problem with that method i think is it would create an unacceptable amount of scrap as you would be left with the big corner pieces. huh wait that might be a big enough scrap to make gtank wick. once i have been working a bit and can order a bigger piece of mesh i will most likely try this. or if i measure and the scrap piece is big enough to not become a scrap. we shall see lol sturm says gtanks are almost ready...

I don't know about y'all, but I am just salivating over the email pictures Sturm is sending out. I love my Scubagen, but the G-tank format really has me excited too!

Americans can't read the conversational pauses between your words. They taught us not to write like we talk and it screwed us all up. But yeah, its way classy. I was thinking about getting the drip tip adapter but now I just think I wanna find a stainless 701 mouthpeice.
