Awesome. This is internet radio? Just open the link and your good to go?

Yes. It's pretty easy to use. If you sign up and log in you can participate in the text chat that will pop up below the player.

People are encouraged to call in to the number shown to ask questions, too.

The whole point of taxing tobacco products, in more modern times, has been based on the perceived damage and costs incurred by society due to their use. Electronic cigarettes remove that harm and so should only be taxed based on existing sales and income tax standards. Nobody has been addicted to cigarettes worse than government and nobody has treated smokers worse than government.

i hope it doesnt get hit with heavy taxes. Crazy goverment and FDA. Just want to make money from us. Only reason its considered a tobacco product. Ridiculous, b/c it doesnt even have tobacco in it!

It might...or it might not. Cigarette tobacco is VERY heavily taxed and, as you know, you can't have it shipped via mail, UPS or anything else. However, pipe tobacco is taxed very lightly in comparison and, like cigars, CAN be shipped. Loose tobacco manufacturers caught on pretty quickly and began offering cigarette tobacco in a pipe cut to get around the outrageous regulations. While I don't wish these ridiculous taxes on anyone here's to hoping the FDA keeps it's eye fixed on cigarettes and away from all the other tobacco products.

I have a suspicion that how the sales stack up will determine that. If tobacco cig sales drop enough and ecig sales increase enough...yeah I'm pretty sure they'll tax them. What I'm more concerned with is if we end uponly being able to buy tobacco and menthol flavors. I don't want to vape coffee tobacco. As long as I can at least get unflavored juice I can deal.
