Within the next couple of weeks, I'm going to buy my first mod. And I've made up my mind on a sigelei Zmax V5.

:)

Or a Sigelei Legend, or a joyetech eVic, or a VAMO V5, or a SmokTech SID...

No, wait. joyetech just released (or is just about to release) the eVic Supreme. Well, that answers that!

Well, maybe... :?:

I will be ordering some or all of the following before this weekend:

1. Innokin iTaste SVD (and possibly 2 iClear30 tanks)
2. Kanger Protank 2 (two or three of them)
3. Batteries (not quite sure yet, but probably 2 18490's and 2 18650's)
4. Nitecore Intellicharger i4 v2
5. Kanthal 30 & 32 gauge + wick material (to try rebuilding the PT2 coils)
6. 5 pack of each of the following - PT2 coils, Triton coils (Kanger T2's), and possibly iClear30's
7. 30mL of Halo Turkish, and probably a few 5-10mL bottles from other companies to test them out

I CAN'T WAIT  :vapor:

Hey CK... the Sigelei is an *excellent* choice... you should visit the Sigelei thread, lots of good info in there. I just got a v3 flat-top, and I LOVE it!!!!!
EDIT: Did you know that both the v3 and the v5 are on sale very cheap at Desert Vapes? That's where I got mine! v3/$39.95, v5/$46.95 !

In fact, the next thing I'm looking to buy, is because of the Sigelei, and because I'm starting to learn to rebuild coils, but I don't like "dripping".. so I want one of those rebuildables that have a tank... the AGI or some of the AGA ones, maybe, BUT... every one of them is shiny polished stainless, and the sigelei is brushed stainless, less gaudy-chrome looking, and the only one I've seen that *might* look good with that is a Kayfun of some kind, but I'm not sure it's the same finish as the Sig, it looks even less shiny. Here's my Sig, with a Stainless MT3S on top, and the two finishes match pretty well...

sigelei-mt3s.jpg

Obviously, the top ring is off the Sig, because that 15mm tank exactly fits into the well, and it blocks the air flow, so I have to take it off when I'm using one of these tanks.

I need to know if there are ANY of those combo RBA/RDA Tank type attys, that have this kind of brushed stainless finish.

Anyone know???

Thx!
Andria

A Cyclone BF atomizer. But I'm finding it's going to have to take an act of God to find one in stock.
Is it legal to atomize a boyfriend or girlfriend in your state? :?: Not that I'd snitch on you. I'm just curious.

"Babe, why are we moving to Pennsylvania?"
"Umm...it's a surprise. Trust me."

Absolutely. I never forget to consider "The Vaping Flagship" as I've come to call it. ;)

I fully acknowledge the top-shelf build quality of the ProVari, but I've always been a gadget junkie, so all the little features on the eVic interest me - especially the variable wattage (which most mods have) and the puff profiling (which I've never heard of with any other mod).

Most of the opinions I've read from people who have owned or reviewed the basic (non-supreme) eVic have said that several of the features it has that other mods don't aren't particularly useful. But I still just like the idea of getting a mod with a relatively large screen and a tall stack of abilities. Even when I don't need a particular feature, that doesn't mean I won't like messing around with it. Interfacing it with my PC to check out its reporting capabilities will hopefully be at least a little fun, even if I never end up using any such features on a regular basis.

I still think I'll end up buying a ProVari one day, especially if my writing will generate an income like I hope. But the idea of my first mod being "the gadget junkie's mod" is appealing to me. Second-worst case scenario, I won't like it very much, so I'd end up selling it in the ECF classifieds and buying something different. (Worst case scenario is if it ends up broken, or bricked from a failed firmware update.)

So, the eVic Supreme can upload pictures from your PC. I've heard rumors of a soon-to-come firmware upgrade which will enable the eVic-S to play MP3s. Even if it is just a rumor (which I'm almost certain it is), I bet that'd be a capability that's not outside the realm of possibility.

And if they could one day upgrade the eVic-S's onboard operating system to run stability and load tests on the gaming PCs I build AND proofread my stories before I publish them, then I'd never leave the house again. :D

Thanks! I've heard many positive things about the latest release of the Sig Zmax, and hardly any negative ones. And those are very good prices. Anything below $55 for the stainless V5 is very good, indeed. And I'll be checking out the Sigelei thread before I buy anything. Same goes for the Vamo, Joyetech and SmokTech threads as well.

:)

P.S. - I found something very funny in the description of the SmokTech Kick Clone advertised on the same page as the Sigeleis...

"NOTE: If the Kick giggles in the tube, it will not work!"

If I buy a kick and it giggles in the tube, I'm going to beat the thing with a hammer until it has shuffled the mortal coil. The same goes for any other mod or mechanical I ever buy. I'm not denying that many of the things I do warrant laughter from anyone present, but a vaping device should know its place, and demonic possession of any of my gadgets is ALWAYS frowned upon.

Bout to pick me up the hcigar Nemesis, batteries, charger, and a better rda than the igo-w3. I'd love to snag one of those beautiful DNA30 mods, but since you have to give up your first born to get on a waiting list, I think I'll pass for now. Plan to get a Russian 91‰ once I get enough cash. I see a lot of overtime in my future, lol.

The components for my "B.M.F.P.V." are in flight: a Innokin iTaste 134, and a large 505 blown glass tank from 505 Vapes. On the "love" side of the 134 love/hate dichotomy, but I wanted to wait until it had some time in the wild before getting one.

That, and restock orders of DIY supplies and cartos takes care of my vape needs (and budget) for 2014.

Strongly considering picking up a Vamo V5 in stainless. Liking the prices I'm seeing, liking the reviews, but absolutely don't trust eBay or PayPal. Think I'm going to pay the extra $10-20 to get it from an established vendor. Still debating on batteries and tank for it, all of my tanks are in the mini-range right now (mainly Kanger Evod 2's) and the variety is a bit overwhelming.

It's a tough question - but I want another Provari - the emerald green one. I don't need another one - but I want another one lol ... also want to start looking at some new tanks or at least a different one the Kayfuns look super but I'm not a "coil builder" or mechanic I just want to fill it and go you know? I did - for a moment - consider a Semovar - it looks cool and all but I like the Provape product better and it's here. If Provape did a metallic red I'd be all about that - but for now it's going to be greeeeen ... ;)

I'm quite satisfied now with my vape gear, all bottom feeders except for the Kamry which is used for dripping new juices before I commit a full bottle to one of my REO's.

My next hardware purchase will be an OliveR Dibi, and then after that, depending on which comes first - my second round OliveR Dibi or a mechanical Woodvil (release date not set, but supposed to be in 2014).

For now, my money goes to Molehill Mountain Art drip tips, and to Ahlusion and The Plume Room for the most part.
