The new design has a low batt indication FYI !
2. Also over current protection
3. under voltage ( helps the low batt )
4. over voltage ( in case the IC goes south )
5. LOCKOUT mode ( shuts the unit OFF )
6. then ON function ,
7. 32 position voltage control ( Approx. .1 v per step ) only changes voltage when active ( must have the HIT switch activated to change the voltage .)
8. saves the last voltage setting even with batts removed
9 All other BP protections included
10. New PTC fuse inline with the batts , this will prevent ANY meltdown ( like thrown in the water etc. ) the fuse will BLOW then cool off and re set so it never needs to be replaced.

NEW FULL COLOR RGB LED display ( like the MID ) we have had this on the drawing board for 1 yr , I waited too long and the MID came out with it !!! stuff happens

NEW switches for UP - DOWN - Activate ( press and hold UP then press DOWN for LOCK MODE , press down to unlock )

we are looking at a Joystick control for later date.

Joystick? Joke right? I cant see a PV with a joystick sticking out of its side waiting to be broken off
