So whats the best cart mod you've tried?

Ive tries the PTB mod but I get alot of leaking issues. Whats the best one you've tried? The shotgun slug looks promising.

I like the blue foam as a filler replacement. Everything else is just kind of a PITA in my opinion.

AquaClear foam from PetCo. Use it in my 510 and 801/302 attys. Using 3.7/4.2 volt mods and on my PS passthrough at 5v. Perfect stuff.

I found the blue foam came apart and left pieces in my attys... PTB was too fiddly and so was all the straw/spring/plug/etc. Been using the AquaClear about 2 months.

Interesting I've never heard of the aquaclear foam before. Do you have to take the foam out of the cart when refilling or do you leave it in?

straw mod using a coffee stir-stick with a slit cut down the length using a razor about a millimeter wide. This way it fills the foam nice and evenly, not just send it to the bottom.

Leave it in. No problems refilling at all and holds plenty of liquid.

I am still undecided. Took HAH advice and have the aquaclear in some and bluefoam in others. I have noticed the blue and poly comes off in small bits. Still on the fence with which I prefer. Aqua is more to the top as it hasn't shed any.

Blue Foam for me too. Marineland Rite Size U. It's the perfect thickness for my J118 and if I fold it double it works in my RN4072.

PTB fillers seem to only work for a refill or 2 before they need messed with and "fluffed" if you will. Gonna have to switch.

Using the straw with the blue foam on top of it,just to keep the liquid from coming out to fast. Working great with the 510.

Blue foam - plug only - ie. 1/8 inch at topm with the original vent straw mod - J&J safety swab shaft. No need to remove plug to fill.

Blue foam slug here....holds about 14 drops and last for 2-3 hours heavy vaping.

I had problems with all of them, until I connected with the PTB where I make the ends ragged. I haven't had any leaking problems with it, and no mouthfuls of eliquid either.

It works great and the tea bags are easy to wash out and reuse. And no yucky taste to the eliquid from the filler (which I had with original filler and blue foam).
