BuffPuff is about the best I've tried so far. Is there a thread about it on here? I've searched but I've only been able to find it mentioned in passing occasionally.
I think I've only seen it in passing myself.
If you are interested, the easiest thing to do might be to send a PM to Kristin.

im vaping 3.7 volts on a chuck and i realized that microscopic pieces of blue foam were in my atty. the aqua stuff hasnt done it yet.

I think this happens for a lot of people because they may be turning the mouthpiece while playing with the device between drags. Sometimes i do this just out of habit, to see if my mouthpiece is on tight (does it turn easily without unscrewing the atty from the battery?)

I never got pieces of foam on my atty, but I noticed that sometimes the foam would be stuck to the atty (instead of staying in the cart) when I pull off the mouthpiece. I later realized that was because I was turning the mouthpiece here and there during use. When I left the mouthpiece alone, the foam never stuck to the atty, and will probably not leave broken off pieces as well.

AquaClear foam from PetCo. Use it in my 510 and 801/302 attys. Using 3.7/4.2 volt mods and on my PS passthrough at 5v. Perfect stuff.

I found the blue foam came apart and left pieces in my attys... PTB was too fiddly and so was all the straw/spring/plug/etc. Been using the AquaClear about 2 months.

Me 2 Hellen.. I love the Aquaclear now that I have figured out the right size piece to put in. Anyways thank you for recommending this to me! I can pretty much vape it dry & go WAY longer before i have to top off.

The Automatic Drip Mod. Or basically any variation where you have a plug at the top and juice in the bottom. I love the consistency of the vapor and improved flavor. The liquid at the bottom feeds just the right amount of juice so it's almost as good as direct dripping. And it's a piece of cake to fill. 12 drops and you're good to go. I've modified all my carts and actually carry modified carts now. As much as I hated carts, this mod gave them a purpose. I've used a PCC with empty spaces where the carts go for five months because they were worthless to me. Now, I've got carts in there filled with juice just in case. I'm a very satisfied customer!

This. I just did a plug mod on my 510's cartridge. Omg. Best yet. And I've been snipping away at foam all day trying to find the best. This it it!

Just started using blue foam recently, and wow...why didn't I try this months ago?

PTB is nice and all, but the folding and refolding become a bit tedious. I found if I didn't fold mine just right I'd get leakage issues, or poor juice flow. It was always one or the other. I had gone back to dripping but with blue foam I think I'm back to using cart fillers.

I tried the BFD, the ZFM, the Polyfill in various sizes, and so far I'm liking the Automatic Drip Cart Mod with Aquaclear foam plug. I get full flavor every hit and it lasts a long time. The ZFM mod is my second favorite, but it seems like after 5 or 6 draws I have to shake my e-cig or take the cart off and put it back on to keep it wicking. When I find amazing putty somewhere I'm gonna give ZFM another go, It's a killer idea.

I'm still happy with the PTB mod. Leaks are rare, it is easy to clean, easy to fill, and wicks nicely. I'm still using the same one I made months ago. I just did the simple roll, fold, snipped of the extra and it has not failed me since. As for maintenance every other week, an easy rinse in water, pad it down with a paper towel and put it back in the cart. No need to unfold it.
