Once the "new and shiny" factor of vaping fades a bit, you'll get a better idea of how much you actually vape. I remember how cool it was at first, but after a while, the coolness factor's of non-stinky, nice smelling smoke, that you can do anywhere, anytime, any place, starts to compete with the fact that you actually have to lift the e-cig...

I know what you're saying, but really it's nothing horrible if you do prefer to chain-vape...you must be enjoying it! E-smoking isn't identical to real cigs-but it's way better as I'm sure you agree! :D If you personally would like to vape *less*, some people go with a higher nicotine level. But don't worry if you find yourself with mod-in-hand or close-by all day, that's pretty normal.

Enjoy!!! :)

My PV would be permanently attached to my hand if it weren't for the fact that it would have to directly compete with the chef's knife! I have to use the knife to earn the money to buy stuff for the PV, decisions decisions LOL..... Seriously though, on my days off I find that I chain vape, while at work I don't often get a chance to vape until the drive home, which is a pretty short drive.

I think I read once that a pack of analogs are something like 60mg?
It's WAY more than that.

I believe there is around 15 to 20mg of nicotine in a cigarette.
But most of that is burned off and you really only wind up absorbing around 1mg per cigarette.

Don't quote me on that, I'm not really sure about that number. But it's something to consider, if your vaping 12mg/ml it would take 5ml to equal a pack a day, if that figure is correct of course.
You can't really do any math to find out how much juice is equal to how many cigarettes...
Mainly because we don't know the absorption rate of nicotine via vaping.

Estimates usually range anywhere from around 10% to around 40% though.

And this is where dripping comes in handy again.

I agree with TonyTT - the more you try to regulate it, the more power you give the nic. Then you're back to craving analogs.

I don't see anything wrong with vaping all you want, as long as you're not getting too much nic. I chain vape whenever I'm in the car, or whenever I'm at home. But on the bright side, I can go for long periods of time (4-8 hours+) without it too, without the crankiness, loss of focus, or getting all fidgety like a crack addict. If I were still smoking, I would've gone ballistic after 2 hours tops.

.....when i first started vaping, meaning i set my cigs down completely, started vaping and never looked back, i couldn't tell "when to stop" either. I don't know if it was cawz i had been smoking analogs for so long and it was just easy for me to tell when i had "had enough" cawz i was more familiar with my nic intake that way or.....because my throat/tounge had that dry, tobacco taste/feeling and with the vaping i didn't get that so i'd just keep vaping away. Over time as my body got adjusted to my nicotine intake via "vaping" it got where......IDK, i could just tell. Although when at home i ALWAYS and i mean ALWAYS keep my PV beside me. :D
