Some Ego-C Twist questions

I have been using 510 battery with CE3 clearomizers and want to try Ego C Twist
It says it has a 510 thread. I have 510 CE3 Clearomizer, so it will fit?

Then what is an Ego to 510 adapter for, why do they sell it if Ego batteries have 510 connections?

Also, what is the "Cone" that they sell with the Ego battery for? Is it just cosmetic since the the 510 Clearos are thinner than the Ego battery?

Also Also, can someone recommend a Clearo for Ego C Twist that is thick like the battery but not as long as say a Kangter T3. I don't need all that juice.

The CE3 clearo will fit and perform decently well. The ego to 510 adapter is for those devices that are a little different with the threads and oddly shaped I'm pretty sure.

The EGO cone is purely cosmetic as it is usually used to cover cartos etc, not required. The CE3,CE4 are decent clearos for the Ego C twist especially with the variable volts..you could also try the SMOKTECH VIVI NOVA SLIM from mad vapes.

The eGo has a 510 connection but... there is the cone threading and some clearos account for that and some don't. When they don't you need a 510 to eGo adapter. See:

But you can bypass that by buying the right connection in the first place

These are for 510 connections (not for eGo - although the connection will still fit) - the batt threading extends beyond the bottom of the clearo:

The eGo connection has a 'skirt' that covers up the threading:

Part of the original cone was for cosmetic purposes but also it tightens the draw and warms the flow of intake air before entering the intakes. Some liked the tighter draw, some didn't and lost the cone entirely. Riva cones have more room at the top hole for cartomizers. Joye cones pretty much stop the airflow on cartomizers. But clearos - visions, kanger T-3's and the new kanger evods are better matches to the eGo, imo.
