Well, I can understand. That guy sat there hitting <refresh> for 12 hours without food or water and he got cranky... You should have bon bons out in the press room.

So I assume at 8 you will update your website? I can already play it out in my head......I will get home, mmmm around 9 after taking my kids to chucky cheez, get on the laptop, go to altsmoke.com and see that I have missed out on what I am hoping to god is the passthru, only to see my OH so favorite little ( out of stock ) sign! do I continue to cry, or should I wipe the tears in hopes that I am a paranoid idiot? It doesn't matter, I still see tears in my future.

I want to personally thank everyone that has ever made a purchase with us at AltSmoke. We have some very exciting things in the works as well as some small changes that are actually being made here to provide you, the consumer, a better experience with customer service and a shopping experience. First and foremost I can't express my gratitude enough to everyone who continues to spread the word about Electronic Cigarettes and suggests our website for new vapee's. So thank you, We would never be where we are if it wasn't for you, our customers, and for that I'm eternally grateful.
As you know Chad and I introduced the Silver Bullet about 7 months ago. Chad came to me with the initial design, and that was the first mod that I've ever tried, I remember taking a drag on it and about choked. I was very impressed. We came to an agreement on putting our foot forward with introducing the first run of SB's. When we first started we would've been happy with selling 20-30 units a month. But there was a phenomenon about the Silver Bullet and people actually embraced it and it surpassed our initial hopes in the first preorder. As you know we've always had growing pains when it came to the Silver Bullet and the BB it just seems like we've had a hard time keeping them in stock.
The biggest issue was the machine shop that we used to turn out the units, as of late they seem to be slacking down on quality which forces us to return the entire run to resolve the issue. This has left us many times without stock and answering a bazillion emails all inquiring when the Silver Bullet will be back in stock. Well this is about to change.
About a week ago, Chad & Steve made a purchase of a CNC Lathe to alleviate the problem that we've been having with the shop. This will resolve the problem of perfection, as I know chad loves to make everything perfect. So the minor issue of waiting for a spot, hoping the run is perfect, and making the units as quickly as possible should be resolved. So now the fun part, due to this recent purchase we obviously received a price break as we don't have to pay the wages of a gentleman to sit there and watch the machine. So rather than continue to reap the rewards, I've always believed in passing the cost of goods back to the customer base as opposed to my own pocket book.
Later tonight we will be adding our final preorder on Silver Bullets, we will be marking the price @ $84.99, this may or may not change after the preorder is finished. So this is one way we'd like to thank our customers, add $0.01 and get free priority shipping as well. Obviously you can see the slight difference in price from the original pricing. We have a lot of things planned in the future, as well as some slight tweaks when the product run goes live.
So as I say goodbye, I would just like to thanks to all the great people in this community and everyone else that has ever posted a great review about Myself and Chad, sent me an email thanking AltSmoke for the products, and thanking Chad for his hard work. So continue to spread the word about Electronic Cigarettes and I can guarantee, you will like what's coming up next

thank you for that Rob, i dont know you personaly but i know you stand by what you said of the product i dont think acculty "never" i have ever read anywhere anything bad about Altsmoke and the product that you sell

lol I honestly didn't know what exactly he was referring to, but I knew it all ofcourse
so...I get back home to find that there is still no passthru! I am speechless, sad, unworthy of any emotions. I just don't know what else life has to offer? If there was a bridge around my area I just might look down....8-o
on a side note, I really do think the combination of craftsmanship, perfection, and a carefully crafted approach to perfection in this very smallllll world of vaping, I would like to say thanks, my kids and my wife are forever great-full that I stumbled upon your website!
