Just so y'all know, his co-op started in the modders section last night and got moved to the co-op section. He reached 100 a little while ago but is taking stand by's.

I'm probably going to kick myself for not getting in on this... Partly I was thinking about getting another 2m of tubing and the pleasures that would hold, but there's a plastics company in FL that gives samples about a foot long that would take care of that nicely, hmm...

It is a just a few of the machining operations on the willpro style atty. I don't have a tool turret so i have to change tools by hand which slows things down, but i cut that part out. I could also be feeding faster on the roughing cuts but this was a first run for the part.

indeed. I love the toys i have at work. some days i wish i could have spent twice as much and gotten a lathe with a 12 pos turret, but we don't do much in the way of production runs so changing tools is ok.
