Well then, I will have to try it. I just can't get on to the super wet, sweet taste, perhaps that will make a difference.

YES, that true. But in a month you can roll it blind and after 10 beers
The problem with epox is not a problem:
1) Only use full transparent epox.
2) Use 5-10 minute reaction epox.
3) Wait min. 4 hours befor filling liquid inside (i prefer 1 day).
4) Wash it out with hot water for a couple of times.
Very good is also aquarium-silicon or sicicon for kitchen with food-o.k.-declaration.
But it needs 2 days to get realy dry enough to use.
Can you further describe your casting process please.... where you get your materials. how did you made the mold "One piece/Two Piece Mold"? How are you baking the casts? "if required" How did you create the master in which you used to make the mold from? And what device are you currently using your genesis(s) on? What connector style are you using? If it is 510 where are you getting the connectors at?

i make the master piece/original with anything that i have home. Like wood, dosh... or just borrow a original from another person.
then i make my forms with silicone wich takes arround 30minutes for molding.
after this i can start directly molding my parts
My Boxmod is nothing special. Just a bix with touch contacts and 18650Battery

Very impressive 'jens'. I'd stand a better chance getting my machinist to turn caps. If I could get the materials/knowledge to do it your way I'd be set.

even epoxy should work, just let it cure a day, or Alumilite, here is the link for Alumilite with videos

I would be very carefull with Expoxy and all the stuff. When this heat upp little bit bad stuff can come out off this.
Stewalin is tested and no bad things come out when heated or in contact with juice.
Why use 510Connectors? I was so tired on all the connectors that i changed every mod i have to Chinch contacts and made adapters if i ever want to use a old China atomaizer.(i didnt touched them since weeks

I agree. I'll get there. Baby steps. I'm still trying to figure out how I'm going to go about making a genisis. Making a mod to support the rca's will be next.

Ah the metal by the pound bag! I saw that one. I'm not sure I would use the brass tube for liquid though. The Brass would make a beautifull housing. Wind Chime tubes would be another good source.
Hi, well right now i use 2 Genesis for 3 days, since i found the right for me.
17mm mesh rolled into 2mm and 3 loops of 0.16mm Kanthal.

the taste of genesis is much much better. i can compare it with nothing other.The is the best i ever had.
Was think of finally breaking out the powder coating system if one of the brass tubes worked out best.
