well I decided to try the first DSUv3 I posted might try the other design later. Here is what I got done tonight.


Still need to drill the air holes but it is looking good.

Scubabatdan, just thinking... If you make a circular liquid reservoir and air channel in the centre, you get some benefits: smaller surface for condensation and more reservoir capacity, so you can decrease its height (less leakage).

I understand but, the Willpro DIY kit at ~80 dollars when finished should be a $280 dollar mod. A Genisis mod last month sold in the classifieds for over $500.

WillPro DIY set is almost complete. Further investments are needed.
After a lazy I prepared a few sets.

When you could easily sell them for alot more.

Exactly, I was replying that the cost of the kit was very good, compared to what it would be worth when finished.

More Progress...
Got the resivoir cap made and the bottom made, just need the elec post and the batt connector put in.

Still more work to do.
The nice thing is I can cut different size tubes and make it a shorty, or a an XL version. This should be fun.
Plus I have some pyrex tubing comming so that will be interesting

That is looking very slick Dan, the only issue I can see is that the tank is relatively small compared to the overall size of the unit.

Yeah it looks like it is going to hold around 5ml. So it is a good size for a couple days of vaping. And like I said above I can conceivably make longer or shorter tubes to add more or less liquid depending on my need.
We will see how she works when I get her put together.
