Some life changing decisions

So at the start of this year I was 410 lbs smoking 1-2 packs a day after going back to cigarettes last year now been off cigarette agen sense feb so it was time to get healthy I have a CDL and drive tractor-trailer for a living and sole provider to a family of 6 I was looking at losing my CDL due to high blood pressure

Made a lot of life changing decision as it stands today I have lost 169lbs this year and smoke free and my dr have taking me off all my pressure medications

Kinda of a silly story but I have a
Ram 2500 Diesel Cummins always had a hard time getting into the bed of the truck the other day I was able to jump on the tire and just get in with no problem it made me feel really good

Awesome job, I have a few friends that never smoked but started vaping no nic dessert flavors. It has helped them tremendously.

I lost about 40 lbs by vaping instead of eating. I became a stay home dad 6 years ago to take care of my special needs child. I gained a lot due to lack of exercise I used to get at work.
