Awesome man!So at the start of this year I was 410 lbs smoking 1-2 packs a day after going back to cigarettes last year now been off cigarette agen sense feb so it was time to get healthy I have a CDL and drive tractor-trailer for a living and sole provider to a family of 6 I was looking at losing my CDL due to high blood pressure
Made a lot of life changing decision as it stands today I have lost 169lbs this year and smoke free and my dr have taking me off all my pressure medications

Aw-w-w-w, look at those sweeties! This is why it's so important to get your story out to as many places as you can. Have you posted yours at CASAA.org? They do have a thread for personal stories and are collecting as many as they can. Yours with the pictures would be a perfect addition!
The "news" anymore is more propaganda than unbiased news. Your extended family, friends, business associates, church members, neighbors have noticed the vast improvements you've made. You are a walking advertizement for the benefits of vapig. Share your experience and knowledge and make sure they know about ECF!!!!

I lost right at 200lb over a 3 year period about 5 years ago. Between that and vaping, they are some of the best decisions I've made also.

Congrats--that is a huge change! Can I ask how you lost the weight? My hubby is at 380, and he's also a truck driver. He's been trying, but hasn't had much luck yet on losing it.
