Some medical advice

For anyone who has sinus issues, and has any interest, my ENT gave me a recipe for a DIY saline solution that I have used for years. Like most of ya'll, I never did get the hang of the neti pot, but those squeeze-type bulbs they use on babies works great. If anyone wants the recipe, just PM me and I'll send it. (I happen to have it digitized on my computer ;-)

Baking Soda, salt & Water work well as a quick fix

Yep, throw in some karo syrup, add everything in the right ratio, and you're set to go.

Only thing I'd add here is to be very certain you're as clean as humanly possible when doing any DIY solutions. And use purified, distilled, or already boiled water. Nothing like blasting germies right up into your skull 8-o

But pg and vg are great killers of germs Krisbkream sir, keep that in mind as well.

Thanks Kris I'm gonna get some for the Fall & Winter when my sinuses act up...hope it works for that post-nasal grossness that is my calling card
