I just ordered my e-cigarette last night, should be here in another 2 days and super excited! I went with the Volt basic starter kit, $29 for all I needed plus a 20% off coupon I was sold.

But here is the deal...I'm not a smoker! The thing is I usually stick to cigars, and being in college smoking a single $9-$16 cigar every week can add up quick! So I often resort to cheaper Black & Milds , I more have a habit for having something to smoke and when I'm working for my machine shop via internet or school work its nice to have something to relax me (I don't know maybe its my ADD and the smoke, haha). I also find myself buying a pack of menthols to smoke when I drink (I smoke them same as a cigar and don't inhale, just like the menthol taste).

So I ordered 0.0% nicotine. I am more in this for a way to relax and enjoy some unique flavors (hoping this operates more like a compact hookah). I have a sampler pack coming with Mint, 2 types of menthol, Cappuccino and Grape! So we will see what comes of this.

Am I crazy? haha

I'll tell you with my limited experience vaping that I enjoy the multitude of flavors. I was a 1.5 PAD menthol smoker for 36 years. I got a V2 starter kit with menthol, mint tea and peppermint cartos. They were a cool start, however, when I started delving into the ejuices...WOW, my whole vaping experience changed! Now I rarely vape a menthol flavor, although I do keep a couple for "old time's sake." Now I mainly vape fruity and sweet juices.

Hope you enjoy vaping and you've come to the right place for information from one of the most friendliest, informative, helpful and fine folks a forum could ever want!

My wife joined me in my new vaping habit and she also is a non smoker.
She mostly uses 0mg juice but she has a couple in 6 and 1 that is 12mg for when she has a bad day.
She also vapes the way you smoke a cigar, she just likes the flavor.
She recently discovered the vast variety of juices out there and we will soon be going down the buffet line sampling many different juices she ordered from a few vendors.
It is a great way to relax.

Yeah this forum looks pretty big with a few guys that know their stuff, excited to see whatelse I can learn. Still trying to figure out how e-juice is different from e-cig's (more fluid? Large battery?)

Yeah I was going through some of the flavor selections and wow! Some I have high hopes for, others if I could find it in a variety pack I'd give it a whirl, some...idk, haha.

my fiancé is a non smoker but ever since she tried my newest ecig the telescope from smoke tech she loves it and i can't get it back from her. so i don't think your crazy vaping is kinda a help to smokers to stop smoking but from my perspective it is also a hobby for many people. i spent a lot of my spare time on the forum or messing around with my ecigs

agreed. see im unsure if id be comfortable with my wife starting , i guess because shes a non smoker i just couldnt accept the image of her vaping , it would look too weird. shes tred mine a few times and it just chokes her out anyway haha.

but then at the same time it would be awesome to share how much im enjoying trawling the forums and looking up different mods and such haha. and sharing the cost wouldnt be half bad either

See, I thought I would only enjoy the tobacco flavored juices since I was a heavy smoker, but I have discovered that I prefer the fruit flaovors.

I want to find a mix of tobacco flavors that give me a cigar like taste, and of course the menthols and fruity flavors. I'll have it tomorrow after work, I'm sure I'll need it. The machine shops been a bit stressful lately

I smoke maybe 10 analogs a day and when I started vaping I noticed I didn't care for the throat hit and am completely satisfied just by the flavors I'm tasting. I did start off buying only a few samples and very low nic levels a couple with no nic at all. I now have a ton of different flavors and different nic levels so I'm hoping to find that perfect spot to keep me off analogs. Already had batteries die on me so I've been back on analogs for a few days now. Can't wait until everything arrives so i can start vaping again.

One of the morning talk/entertainment shows was demonstrating "the latest sensation" that a restaurant was using. In a large glass bowl with the opening on the side instead of on top, they were creating "flavored vapor" that people could "taste" by sucking with large glass straws or pipette-looking devices. They were having great fun having a contest of guessing what the flavor in several different bowls had. Couldn't help but think to myself that this concept was stolen from electronic cigarettes.

i've actually seen this in the local mall here....store was called O2 and was billed as "the oxygen bar"....i lol'd at it.

I started off with some nice strong Cherry Cigar flavor, since I loved Swisher Sweet Cherry cigar so much... Sadly, I have most of my 120ml bottle sitting on the shelf still... I don't want the tobacco flavor.. LOL

Just got my Volt....AWESOME!!

Already tried 3 of the flavors; Grape, Cappuccino and Menthol Burst.

Grape- Awesome

Cappuccino- Soothing and great taste

Mentol Burst- Like I just brushed my teeth, haha

Overall I love it, will be ordering more flavors here soon, anyone know of other suppliers that have good sampler packs for a fair price? I'll also be ordering the smooth 5 pack from Smokeless Image.

I dont think your crazy thats the same situation im in lol. you should try out apollo thee actually giving away an ecig to try out all you do is pay shipping which is like 2$ . Plus theres way better brands then volt with coupons for cheaper so when you get it and might not enjoy it that much let me know i can help you.
