Hi Etsh , I am from egypt and like you I usually get my eliquid from USA or uk. Except I just get the nicotine and flavor concentrate. I use totally-wicked web site for them. It is quality stuff.

From egypt I get PG from Alahram pharmacy factory outlet. You need to be a certified pharmacist to buy. It's amazingly cheap.
Also you buy some VG from any pharmacy if you like to add that to the mix.
