I have some questions about vaping and I expect answers based on opinions and speculations because we don't have enough research in all areas of vaping. So, here are the questions:

1. Which style of vaping is healthier: M2L or D2L?
2. Does fast inhaling and fast exhaling of vapour makes any difference from health aspect?
3. Is better to take shorter draws or longer draws?
4. Is better to vape with coils below 1 Ohm or over 1 Ohm?
5. Is dry-burning Kanthal dangerous?
6. Which wire is better to use: Kanthal, Nichrome, Titanium, Stainless Steel, Nickel?
7. Is vaping on lower wattage (10W - 18W) safer than on higher wattage (above 25W)?
8. Is vaping lower nicotine levels, but consuming more liquid safer than higher nicotine levels and less liquid?
9. What is the role of flavourings on health effects from vaping?
10. Does e-cigarette parts (tanks, atomizers, coils, etc.) leach some metals in e-liquids inside the tanks?
11. Are materials (SS, Pyrex Glass, etc.) for making authentic tanks better than materials for making clones?
12. What is the likelihood that PV vapor will be found more dangerous in the future?
13. What will be a correlation between lung cancer and vaping in the future?

Feel free to answer to any question you want and thank you for your answer in advance.

1. Neither
2. No
3. No
4. No
5. No
6. Whichever one you like best (Ni and Ti in TC mode only, K1 and NiCr in wattage mode only, SS can swing both ways)
7. No
8. No
9. Unknown, but certainly at least a little better than cigarettes which have all the same stuff in them already, plus a bunch of other crap.
10. No
11. I suppose that depends on the clone. Look for ones made with quality materials.
12. More dangerous than what?
13. Hang on, let me get my crystal ball...

1. Which style of vaping is healthier: M2L or D2L?
Each is equally "healthy". For new vapors that are not yet used to inhaling vapor, M2L allows the vapor to cool in their mouth before inhaling into their lungs.
2. Does fast inhaling and fast exhaling of vapour makes any difference from health aspect?
3. Is better to take shorter draws or longer draws?
No, no difference.
Purely personal preference; slower/longer draws are probably better for early generation clearomizers because of their less efficient wicking capabilities.
4. Is better to vape with coils below 1 Ohm or over 1 Ohm?
Purely personal preference. Vaping at extreme sub-ohm and extreme high wattage may be harmful.
5. Is dry-burning Kanthal dangerous?
Not to my knowledge.
6. Which wire is better to use: Kanthal, Nichrome, Titanium, Stainless Steel, Nickel?
I think this is personal preference. I believe the jury is still out concerning the safety of using Nickel.
7. Is vaping on lower wattage (10W - 18W) safer than on higher wattage (above 25W)?
No, purely personal preference.
8. Is vaping lower nicotine levels, but consuming more liquid safer than higher nicotine levels and less liquid?
No difference in safety. Nicotine is no more harmful to the body than caffeine. Having said that, nicotine is a drug with some positive and negative effects upon the body. Should one desire to lower their nicotine consumption then more power to them.
9. What is the role of flavourings on health effects from vaping?
Personal allergies to flavoring agents come to mind (nuts and fruit allergies), especially if the agents are naturally extracted. This topic probably deserves the most attention concerning the safety of vaping for future studies IMHO.
10. Does e-cigarette parts (tanks, atomizers, coils, etc.) leach some metals in e-liquids inside the tanks?
Only if you are still using early generation tanks made of polycarbonate plastic. Some flavors are caustic to polycarbonate causing a breakdown of the plastic chemically. Most companies have stopped using polycarbonate in their tanks. Something Safe for Cinnamon & Citrus Flavors

Pyrex and glass are inert materials and will not leach chemicals into your e-liquid. Most current metals used in tanks are "food grade" stainless steel.
11. Are materials (SS, Pyrex Glass, etc.) for making authentic tanks better than materials for making clones?
No
12. What is the likelihood that PV vapor will be found more dangerous in the future?
Extremely unlikely.
13. What will be a correlation between lung cancer and vaping in the future?
If you were able to stop smoking via vaping early enough in your life, the correlation will be that you extended your life expectancy by making the switch and avoiding lung cancer.

I would say your questions are based on opinions and speculations because YOU have NOT done enough research.
You purposely use language that is unspecific, hypothetical and vague.
For example:
healthier
health aspect
better
dangerous
safer
health effects
leach
more dangerous
correlation
in the future

Your questions are (I can only presume, comfortingly) unanswerable in the absolute.
What is 2 plus 2, we can answer...

WE can not answer: What if 2 plus 2 equalled 5?

CAN YOU DIG IT?

Good luck
I
