I wanted to share my success having cleaned attys and clearos in one of these. It works sooo much better than just soaking, as the sonic action really gets the debris and gunk out of your wick from liquid build up. Much better than dry burning, as you don't get that burnt taste.

Basically after the bath runs it's cycle, blow any excess water out, pat dry as much as possible. I then put my oven on 150 F for about 30-45 minutes to complete the drying cycle. Done right, clearos and attys vape like new. I've even had success with clearos that have non-replaceable coils using this method. You can get a sonic bath from Amazon for around 20 bucks. Definitely worth every dollar.
