Hi - my name is jp1000 and I am addicted to buying PVs :)

I currently have a GoGo, which I love but felt the need for sometimes having something smaller and more discreet. I did a lot of looking, based on performance and minimal tinkering, and finally decided on this system. Although the kits were out of stock, I just ordered what I needed as single pieces.

I'll let you know how I like it when it gets here.

So funny. We joined the forums in the same month, we have the same PV (GoGo), we had the same need for a more cig shaped e-cig, we placed the same order with the same company, and we did not wait for the starter kit we just ordered everything piece by piece. Good job brother!! I am more then certain we also will agree on the fact that you will love the Bloog it is just perfect.

Hi JP! I'll be looking forward to hearing your report! :)

"Happy Dance"...the goods arrived today. The good news: loving it so far.....The bad news....none yet!

So as you can see from my avatar, I am currently using a GoGo (1300mah bat at 3.7v & 3 ml horz coil cart). I switched to the GoGo after many frustrations with the ego-t system (my first e-cig) and I have to say, I have and do love the GoGo. The primary drawback to this system is a non-standard thread and the size/weight. That said....a single bat & carto will last all day + with good performance. The size and weight however is what led me to explore the cig sized sytems. As I said in my intro, performance and non-tinkering to get that performance were my primary wants. Many video & forum reviews later, I bought the Bloog system. (note - this is just first impressions as I don't yet have any time or experience on batt and carto life)

My package of a couple of 78mm bats, charger, PCC, and carts were unpacked, batteries checked for charge, then cartos filled. Next.....

My initial impression is that the system is outstanding. I bought some pre-filled but also blanks. As I vape unflavored when I am at home (sweet smells bother the sig. other in our office), I loaded a blank carto with unflavored 90/10 pg/vg @ 18mg. Compared to the GoGo, the flavor (yes, unflavored has a slightly sweet taste with a slight peppery exhale) was equal and the vapor was warmer (which I liked). TH was close to the same but a little less (more on that later).

Filling the cart was easy - I did one with the condom and another with a slow drip. Both methods worked well. What can I say other then I started vaping and enjoying. Easy Peasy Lemon Squezy.

So will I give up the GoGo - no. I see a place for having both systems. Sitting at my desk or on a long drive, there are advantages to just not having to even think about battery or carto juice level given that the performance on the GoGo is good. Going out and about however......after being used to carrying around two GoGos in my pocket, I have to keep checking my pocket to make sure the Bloog is still there - it feels so comparatively light and small. This WILL be my out and about e-cig.

Anything I would like to see different? Yes, I do wish the auto cut-off was just a second or two longer. Being used to a manual switch battery, I would like a little more control over my intake. Because I take a little longer pull on the GoGo then I do on the Bloog - the apparent TH is less. The real TH is about equal if I time equal pulls.

For those who don't have the PCC that works with the 78mm bats, I have included some pics showing the case (need more photos on the Bloog site). Nice case with 2 carto holders & a spare battery (on the charger). Will update on how this works once I have a chance to put it to use.

Bottom line: Excellent performance in a great sized package. Vapor, TH, & flavor all exceed my expectations for this system (at least on my first night :) )

PS: as I re-read this prior to hitting the submit button, I was puffing away on the Bloog....I think every time I use it, I am even more impressed. If this system holds up over time for me, Bloog will be making a lot of money off of me for a long time :p

A well written and honest review. Thank you for taking the time to write it.

It is always gratifying to hear that the product I selected holds its own against others that are valued in the e-cig community. I was more concerned at the outset with getting a device that could as closely as possible simulate the cigarette ritual. Bloog did that for me. It appears that was less of a need for you but still found a place for Bloog in your vaping lifestyle.

You may find it helpful to know that manual Bloog batteries should be available by the end of the month. Then you can have the length of draw that fits your vaping behavior. Maybe give you that extra throat hit you need.

In any case, welcome aboard and happy vaping!
