What does the community think about this new big boy toy? Trust it? Love it? Hate it?
Want it? Need it? Interested? Not interested at all? Do ya'll like the looks of it?

It definitely LOOKS good. I like the looks of it a lot more than my old version 1 LTube...
The reviews are coming out on youtube slowly... Its sounding good so far.

I'm surprised I haven't seen more threads pop out about this bad boy. I'm definitely falling into the "need it" category! Everything I own is 808 threaded and I've been thinking about making the switch to 510 so I could get a VV for quite awhile, but I haven't quite made the leap over yet. I was just about to order some Twists and then I saw yesterday these were finally released! It's been so long since I originally heard about them that I totally forgot about it! I think the aesthetics are a hundred times better than the old Lavatube. I always thought that the big ol' tube mods looked a little pervvy for a lady to carry around if you know what I mean, but the different colors on the 2.0 solve that issue for me.

I'm going to grab me a blue one on Monday as a late one year vape anniversary present to myself! I'm probably the only vaper on the forum still using analog look-a-like sticks after a year of vaping. I'm not one of those people that gets gadget lust for every fancy new toy, but I am super pumped about the V2.

hahah i agree they do look pervy and I've gotten comments like that a few times at the bar -____-
it does look like a fun device. I want it but I just got my provari and I'm broke. maybe someday I'll have one. i'm definitely going to want the gray one though. I think its gray? if its silver I'd rather get the black or blue one.

ANYONE excited about the NEW lavatube? I don't believe this... lol. HELLO? Its the NEW LAVATUBE GUYS....

Well, I've had my blue Lavatube Version 2 for about 3 weeks now and I am really impressed with it. It gives me the voltage I set it at throughout the life of the battery unlike the previous versions. I have had the 1rst Lavatube, the chrome Lavatube, all from Volcano, and the version 2 is so much better. I also have a Young June Lavatube that works well also, but its PWM is tuned to V average, which gives you a much higher voltage than what you have your device set to.
The quality of the fit and finish is also much better on the version 2. The only thing that I don't like about it is the lack of a drip well with an EGO connection. Other than that I have been very happy with it.

had mine for a few days, love the battery life, feels super sturdy, love seeing how much battery I have left, looks amazing, just all around amazed with it.....plus got it at a cool ... place, the volcano lounge in Raleigh NC

I just wanted to chime in. I bought a black one a few weeks ago. I found myself with some extra Christmas money, and I started shopping around for another mod. I researched several of the VV and VW mods including the provari, both versions of the Zmax, everything short of the darwin. I looked at mechanical mods, box mods, everything I could find a review on.

When it finally came down to placing an order, I asked myself why was I looking for something else when the lavatube 2 worked so well, was a great value, and I was able to use it through out the day. I wear cargo pants and it is always in reach in it's own pocket.

If I wanted a back up.....maybe just another color. I just got my blue one today.

They really came up with the best bang for the buck IMHO.

ive been watching the lavatube v2. its smexy but there is no way to justify the size of the thing to me unless some material can be shaved off the inside and a bigger battery can be stuffed in
edit: same way i feel about the silver bullet. christ there are 26650 mods smaller than that thing

Look, Anything these guys make is good, they back their products up, and the Lt2 is very well thought out, whats not to like, also grimm likes it and he is very seldom wrong, kind of campare it to the well made pro vr. and look at the price savings, ill go with the Lt 2, and no i dont know anyone who is affiliated with this company......they just consistantly turn out very good products at good prices...

Received my gold Lavatube V2 yesterday. Really wanted silver because it looks like a close match to the stripes on my Challenger SRT8! Guess I'll have to order a second one when they are back in stock. It is my first non-twist/spinner device. Charged up the battery I got with the kit last night and am currently vaping the first tank of liquid with the included tank and cartomizer setup. Have to say it is a big, solid, well built device. Makes my other stuff feel like toys in comparison. Vape is excellent. Didn't think it would a make huge difference from my twists and T3's but I was completely and utterly wrong. So, thanks Volcano!

I picked up the new chrome version of the LT2 a couple of weeks ago. The chrome finish on this device is sleek, sexy and refined. It does not attract fingerprints as much as I thought it would originally. The screen is bright and vibrant. The +/- and fire buttons are clicky. The device just feels well made when in your hand. Not sure if the chrome and gold were reworked a little? I do not seem to get any battery rattle that others have reported with the other colors. I have been using it mostly with a tube tank, a DCT, or Vivi Nova. Preforms amazing. The device fires consistently the entire battery life, readouts are on target and Im constantly getting comments on it at work. My only problem with it is I wish I could use an ego threaded device (kanger t3, vision clearos) without having to attach an adapter. Other than tha, clearly my favorite mod (for now). Thanks Joe!

@JoeInferno I got a gold LT a few weeks ago and love it. Some people I meet that don't know about vaping think it's a radio or ask me what it is - lmao, but I think it looks totally dynamite!! I have one question that is bugging me a little though, After a couple weeks using it with flat top 18650s I used a capped 18650. Ever since then I'm experiencing a delay to off after lifting off the power button. Maybe 2 seconds before it stops firing. Is this something to worry about? Is it normal? Is there a fix if it's not suppose to do this? I tried to create a trouble ticket but am having problems doing so. t/y in advance
