Sore lips!

I prefer the round cartridges over the flat, but after a day of vaping, my lips and mouth are not happy--they are so hard! I especially have a favorite location on my mouth I keep using where it feels like I burnt a hole through my lip. I try to move it around, but keep coming back to the same place, lol. I wish they had a paper slip over filter or something that is soft like a cigarette. And no, I'm not going to go buy cigs and make my own (I love vaping, but I still can't be trusted near a pack of cigs, because I will smoke them all...) Anyway, does anyone know what I mean? Any of you with analogs care to try to make one and see if it helps?

That is why I went with the pen style because the hard round "filter". The flat one isn't so hard on the lips.

Hopefully someone can come up with something that will adapt it to be softer.

Don't you have the 'rubbery' kind of mouthpiece available anywhere for you? (Just the flat ones available though, that I know of - I get them at PartySmoker for instance - makes a big difference imo)

I had the same problem with the round one. I prefer the flat one on the 901.

I just don't feel "fulfilled" with the flat one. In fact, I hate it.....and it seems you get more air than vape with it or something. It would probably be better for me but the shape of analogs is one of the things I liked about them....wouldn't like them if they were smooshed flat either, lol!

Burts Bees lip balm is your friend! Seriously, I'm using like twice as much since hitting the e-smokes, but it does the trick great - and a fresh application will form a 'barrier' against the e-juice too!

i'm not sure i understand. are you holding it in your mouth without using your hands? like a normal cigarette just dangling from your lips? is the soreness from pressure or are we just talking dry chapped lips?

I do dangle, yes.....it is more pressure sore than chapped. But the one spot I always use feels like there's a hole burned there (there's no actual hole, just feels that way). I suck really hard also (lol).....

i see booboo. i got confused with the lip balm remedies. these things are just too heavy for me to even try that. i used to let regular cigarettes rest between my lips while on the computer to the point that i would have to gently pry them away. lol

They're not dry or chapped....more like deeply bruised?

But speaking of chapped, a few weeks ago, I put some vitamin E oil in my atomizer to see if it would vape. It worked for about a day before my atomizer got stuffy and burnt tasting. It didn't taste too bad, and didn't seem to hurt my lungs, but God did my lips feel like velvet! It made them so soft and moist! I wouldn't recommend it cuz oil isn't good for your atomizer. Tis just reminded me of that and if I wasn't on my last 2 atomizers, I might do it again because it felt realy good and hopefully the vitamin E lubed up my lungs a little too.....LOL
