Sore throat from Nautilus coil rebuild

I've been trying rebuilds for the past few months with my Nautilus coils and no matter what I try I end up with a sore throat. I've been using 28 gauge kanthal and first tried with organic cotton, both boiled and unboiled. At first I thought it was a reaction to the cotton so I recently picked up some silica wicking material from kidney punchers and I'm getting the same result. I've been vaping at anywhere from 3.3v to 3.8v and the resistance of my coils are around 1.5 ohms with 60/40 liquid. I also stay hidrated. Does anyone know what the cause could be? The vapor production and flavor are amazing but the sore throat isn't worth it.

If you want to do a quit test goto Wally World get some humco 100vg from the pharmacy for 5 bucks and dilute the juice down a little.

1:1 will give you 9 nic if using 18 or 2:1 will drop you down too 13.5. Flavor will be less but can try with a tank full or a old empty bottle of juice. When I dropped my nice from 18 I did this as well.
