Is this normal?

Been vaping some PinkSpot Black Mamba since Monday, which looked (at least to me) pretty clear when filled into my clearo initially. I noticed yesterday afternoon that the fluid started to look a touch darker. Looked at the wicks on either side and they too looked a little darker to me. Coincidentally, my throat has had this odd itch since this morning. I read somewhere when the clearo is cleaned with water rather than alchohol, there may be some rust build up. I am still new to the clearo game and am wondering if this is normal.

(I've "cleaned" this clearo of one other ejuice before, dry burn, etc.)

I've been staying hydrated as best as I can, drinking more than I think I should drink just to stay ahead of the curve. Started to get a mouth sore last night, left it alone, and it was gone by this morning.

A lot of juices will thicken and "gunk" up a clearo or tank as you vape them. I think its the result of the heat that the coil produces to atomize the juice. It's perefectly normal and it's why some juices require you to clean your clearo/tank sooner than others.

My main vape is a Ry4 that is clear and doesn't gunk up my tanks. Other juices I use really need to be cleaned after every tankful.

The sore throat I think is normal a week or so in like you appear to be. I had the same thing and also using pink spot juices. Actually still have it though it is getting less sore each day. Mine lasted about three days so far. Today its just a little scratchy but was pretty harsh the day before yesterday.

1) Most/all wicking devices darken your juice as it goes to the bottom and the wicks often burn/darken.
2) Not all juice is good quality, the same, or agrees with someone's body. Juice that tears up my sinuses is fine for others. If your body seems uncomfortable with any juice over time--try something else. Many times it's an effect of quitting smoking, but not always. Chinese juice --WoW flavored stuff/Bloog flavors -- tore up my sinuses a month into vaping and would do so now. Different brands are WAY different in smoothness and quality. I spent a year vaping Johnson Creek which is the best and smoothest juice I've tried (and way expensive). So just know there is a huge diversity in effects/quality and your body's happiness in vendors. A sore throat early on is probably from smoking, a bit later may be your juice--shop around down the road if you have any negative effects vaping.
3) Water/alcohol don't really matter unless it's cheap plastic--some doesn't like alcohol in baths.
