I love sugar , MEAT, spicy, rich sensual foods. Most of the "westerners' eat bland, soul-less foods, but those are what are considered "the beautiful people" :)

But to get to the OP concern, when one quits smoking you can go through many unpleasant side effects, coughing worse than when you were smoking, phlegm, depression, anxiety, there is a whole part of the forum dedicated to what happens physiologically and psychologically when you quit. It can be mild for some, it can me really bad for a few.

I had friends that smoked 1 to 2 packs a day. Everytime they quit they got a horrible flu like experience...... They always went back to smoking. They used that as an excuse, they figured they got worse when quitting so they blamed it on "not smoking"

I got insomnia, sort throats mild but on and off. Headaches also and anxiety. THe vapers tongue happened every few weeks or when I tried a new fruit flavor like pineapple.

What is important is to do the research, check out the FAQs on this site regarding the side effects. Sore throat is one of them, BUT my concern is that you get to know your gear, what is normal and what is not. Make sure your atomizer is not filled with gunk and that you are not inhaling anything other than nice vapor and not burned or dry filler.

My sore throat has subsided I quit vaping for 2-3 days and now im feeling better so im gonna try and change my oil cause what I was smoking was really harsh on my throat...:vapor:

What do you mean by change your oil?

I do get a sore/scratchy throat when I vape a lot but water and throat spray fix that.

I've gotten scratchy throat before from harsh hits. I mainly vape on clearomizers. I find sometimes the juice isn't getting pulled through well enough. What I try to do is take a couple of light pulls without pressing and it seems to help. I drink a lot of water and also at times have a mint hard candy when that happens. Like someone else said PG could be a reason.

I have definitely experienced the sore throat... At first I thought it was the alcohol in the flavor concentrates, but now I'm pretty convinced it's the PG. My local shop sells a 100% VG line and I can chain vape that stuff all day long, with no sore throat. The second I start to vape a juice with PG, I get a sore throat bad.

This..... I'm 100% VG as well. No issues now.
