Sore Throath

Anyone getting a sore throath from vaping,ive been vapng for almost 2 months 6mg VG and im just now starting too notice a harshness,i pretty sure i dont have a cold,i just switched over to SS wicks in the last few days too from silica wicks,would SS wicks be causing this i wonder,the SS wicks do taste a whole lot better tho.

VG is a humectant and may dry out mucus membranes. See if upping your water intake helps. (I had the worst case of dry mouth...)

I know nothing about wicks other than what I read but whenever I go through some physical change I look to whatever I just changed about my vaping so feel you're on the right track. Looking at your post count, I'm sure you know all about hydration and juice content so you've probably thought about any changes you've made there. Yeh, I would do a search for that wick.

Switching to ss mesh could very well be causing your sore throat. Mesh can be a little harsher at first and some have recommended lowering your nic level. For me, the mesh was very harsh even with VG juice. I tried lowering my nic level but didn't really give it a good try because it still was too harsh for me.

Thanks,think ill try cotton or bamboo,see what happens,only thing is ya cant dry burn those two,its all a trade off it seems,maybe a titanium wick may be possible?

I just found out from a good friend that hot spots from poorly wrapped SS coil can cause a sore throath.

I believe vaping in general causes dryness in the throat.. I've noticed this too..

Nothing a few more glasses of water couldnt cure.. H2O is good fer you!

I remember seeing something about that not to long ago causing a sore throat.
Id go back to what you were doing before or try the cotton.
