Sorry all for being MIA. I actually have been away and have been running the business but had some others doing my shipping. For the most part things went well but it could have been better. This is also why my mailbox was full. Sorry to those who called.

This was my first attempt at not doing my shipping myself and overall it went good but definitely some mistakes were made. Sorry to those affected and I'm sure I took some hits on parts of the forums from some people. Some of them I may deserve, others people are just loopy.

RMV has grown beyond my expectations. I feel it is no longer a 1 man show. I am struglling to restock since things sell so fast. My lastest orders which I expect next week are by far the biggest order I have made. I have ordered everything on the site but the 401 stuff. I wanted to get rid of it but when I heard there is a manual 401 I am now reinterested. I would love feedback on the new 401.
Because of the growth I need to start handing some responsiblity to workers. I had 2 people helping me the last 2 weeks, one worked out the other did not. (My mom was the good one lol). I would like to find someone in the detroit area who knows the ecig world. If you are in the detroit area and are famaliar and well studied in eicgs please send me a resume

I find it very hard to train someone who has never used this stuff so thought it might be good to ask here.

I have finally taken the step of going big on orders. This whole time I have held back afraid to lose too much, but my inventory can no longer keep up at all with demand. For example I had 510 atomizers in for 3 days and they all sold out. I understand this can not continue and its not in my best interest either.

I do need to go over to the news section and read around but the californ ia decision made me very optimistic. I want to be in this for the long haul and no longer treat this as a side project. This is now my life and I spend 7 days a week at this. I hope to be your supplier for years to come and want to thank you guys for sticking with me throughout the last month which has been very difficult for me.

Thank you and like I said earlier the whole site is badcially being restocked by the end of next week

I feel the new dedication will start to reflect by next week.

Good to see you again. That's so cool your mom helped out : D

I am also a M401 user now. I have put the 510 stuff up and stored it since I got one.
I have the manual battery's and absolutely adore mine. I think the M401's are overlooked for the 510's which were popular but I wished I had tried the 401 first. Great little ecig, I think there are quite a few with me on that one too.

Man, if I wasnt in the ARMY and in your area id almost do it for free! its great that you have the view that you do on this as a business as it fills me with great confidence to know that you will so your best to provide the best equipment as the best prices, no one around here could ask for more! i put in my order on friday and know it will be here soon and will be exactly what i expect! keep up the great work Dave! ps i have been a 401 user from the start and have always been waiting for you to restock, maybe now i can get the usb no line charger ive always wanted without having to order it from china! :D

Glad you are back! I had no idea you were away. That explains why I haven't gotten my replacement battery yet. LOL
I sent email about a bad battery, and got this response:

I didn't know you were having problems either, I just made an order Friday and have already have a email saying it was sent. Alls well with me, You do a great job as far as I am concern and shipping is super fast.
I am waiting for more 510 atty, so if you can let us know when you will have them in that would be good.
