I went on a shopping spree this weekend and placed like 6 orders with 6 different vendors. The most important one for me was with Bloog and vaporbomb. I placed the orders on sat and sun and was notified that my shipping went out on April 25 but thus far neither stamps.com nor USPS.com tells me any progress about the shipping. It just tells me the normal "we have been notified to send your package". Now could it be that they are super slow or should I be worried?

The issue is that I have placed my orders at the same time and all orders gave me a tracking # and all of them show me where they are. The bloog one has still not shown me anything and the owner of bloog already contacted me saying he send it out on Monday. So how is it possible that USPS sends out a package without scanning it? Or did it get lost?

I wouldn't worry about it just yet. USPS is notorious for not updating and TECHNICALLY tracking isn't what it's meant for anyway, although most of us use it for that.

It's meant to be Delivery Confirmation and many times I've received a package before anything got updated on USPS other than they had been notified by the shipper.

This. It is not a tracking number, it's a delivery confirmation number (tracking is an extra charge, and isn't really worth it). It's purpose is actually for the sender to be able to confirm you actually received it, not for you to track where it's at while it's being shipped. Sometimes they do scan it at each stop, which lets you track its movements, but they are not required to do that.
