SOS...could someone please help?

I know you guys have probably heard this quite a few times, but I really feel the need to vent...so here it goes... I recently recieved my new EAZE MAGNUM from ePuffer and already after only 4 1/2 days of using it..the damn batteries are crapping out on me after only using one for about 45-60 minutesI had found out about all the horror stories about the company and their product, but it was after I found this forum...GO FIGURE! now I'm stuck with 3 packs of cartridges that I had ordered from smoke51 and 2 s&%#$y batteries that I ordered from ePufferdo I send the kit back and go with a more reputable company, or should I take my chances and exchange the damn thing? also would the cartridges that I ordered from smoke51 be compatible with a different ecig, maybe like Greensmoke or the Joye 301 or something along them lines...is that at all possible? or maybe even take my chances with smoke51 and order a kit from them since I already had purchased some of their cartridges anyway? If I knew then what I know now i'da gone with the Joye510 instead, as a matter of fact I just might do just that after I get this mess straightened out8-owould any of you folks be so kind as to shoot me some advice...I'd truly appreciate it

I don't know what is compatible with what you have but I know that company sells crap PV's and I would stay clear of Green, also. I would stay away from ALL auto switch PV's and only get a manual like the Joye 510, Prodigy, Screwdriver, Janty Stick or GG.

If it's not a manual switch PV (button) it's not worth the time or money, IMO.

I know how you feel!! I did the same thing---ordered from ePuffer and then found this forum.

After the order didn't arrive at all, I just ordered a different kit from a reputable supplier on this forum (at less than half the price!) and figured I'd deal with ePuffer later....

I would'nt bother exchanging your kit with ePuffer---just get a refund and forget about them. That will probably take awhile, but keep after them.

I know it's frustrating. I hated having to wait another week until I got a kit from a good supplier, but after that it was okay and I've been vaping every since.

I've never ordered from Smoke51, so someone who has can answer your questions about ordering from them. Just make sure that when you get a kit, to order 1 or 2 extra attys and batts. One of my batts died after a week (from the reputable supplier) and they quickly sent me a new one, but I was glad I had the extra batt I ordered, to tie me over until the replacement arrived.
