I'm one week in on my SP3. My sweet juice burns quickly, my more mellow juice hits hard and takes the burned flavor right off. This is a nice little dripper, I wish I could get my hands on a carto for this... I've been shopping 801 cartos... Just can't pull the trigger yet. One of my attys vapes well... the other (bought two) just wont break in or has a problem. I think I will contact the maker and see what he thinks.

I found the threading to be meaty but a little rough feeling, added a drop of gun oil to a rag, cleaned the threads up, lubed, feels great. (Don't read too much in to that)

I see there's a Thermo model in the works, wish we could pull 5 or 6 volts on it (following manufacturer guidelines).

Can't say I'm floored, but I'm much happier on this than an eGo.

You should try using their Chat feature on the web site for support. They say the same thing no matter what you ask... We will let the next level know and they will get back to you lol. I asked what they did answer there and she said general questions. So I asked generally how do I go about getting a refund and she said she does not know and I would have to talk to the owner.

Who by the way will just argue with you. No I am not posting his emails because frankly I don't wish to attack an individual but I am done with this SP3 crap thing. It burns most of my juices. Adapters don't work. Its proprietary yet the atty's don't work and you have to drill holes in it to get the power button to work. If I wanted to do all this work I would have created my own mod. Would have been easier. This is after they sent me a replacement and the atty died. Plus I ordered a new atty... big mistake. It was DOA. Sure they said they would send me a new one but honestly after 3 atty's that gave me less then 3 days of working combined I am done.

And who wants the Thermo tube? Guess what? Its only 3.7v for another $60! Of course you can crank it to 6v but the owner said that would be using it outside of recommendation and they will not support it any more. I'm like wtf?

I am done with it. Anyone wants one, it's behind the Mcdonalds in the dumpster on Washington ave, Bridgeville! You would have to pay me to use it again.

OK,finally got the spark plug two days ago, been using it before I made any conclusions. First off...WTF do they use as a primer on the atties ? Monkey sweat? Sock lint oil? OMG!!!! Threw the atties in the trash. Added a 801 to 510 adapter and screwed on a bud sapphire from GV. This thing really ain't that bad, battery life about as good as my e go t, bottom button takes a little getting used to and just to let you know..... I put the adapter on with some " LOCKTITE" to prevent from stripping the threads seeing that I am only using 510 stuff on it regardless of what they say. Now, let's see how long this lasts. It does work pretty well and produces a little better than my e go t on TH and vapor. Just thought I'd let you guys know.

I found the problem for me any way. If you take the switch cap off you will see the white stop and contact post. When you push the button in it is suppose to come out flush to the battery. I popped it off and sanded the bottom so the post would come out farther. I also took a drill bit and widen the post hole a hair. It was not always clearing the white stop and therefore not making contact with the battery.

So you see Mr.Webb my adapter and atty are fine.
Your switch is the issue now go fix your hardware and quite making lame excuses.
Good day.

Has this pretty much fixed your button issues? Mine is having firing issues now, and I'm thinking it could be the button...

The plastic cap on the inside of the button just pops on and off? Anything else to it?

I'm wondering if there is a build up. Maybe cleaning the contact will let things work better. Mine is requiring more effort now to get contact. The brass pin seems to need a cleaning too.

How are things going for you all?

I fixed mine perfectly. It works every time now. After getting sent a replacement unit that was having the same problems I found the secret is to throw it away and pay and extra $20 and get a working mod :)

Yea, the plastic washer on the button just pops off. Clean it and the insides of the button, etc really well. Then stretch the spring some. Fixed mine right up. No more issues since then.

OK so my atty was fine, blew both of them out, vaping up a storm.

Cleaned my pin, works great. I had juice build up because I was dripping. My fault.

I do have to mention that I think it's more than fair to offer ANY warranty on a device that shares the same price point as an eGo clone. Realize the atty is a disposable device, it's not going to live forever. Switches can wear, but also watch your angle on the switch too. Pressing a button designed for a direct press at an angle will cause additional wear... at this price though? I am more than satisfied.

If you are wondering if you should pull the trigger on this? Go ahead! Get at least 4 batteries, buy an extra atty or two and enjoy knowing that you're still spending half as much as many other tubes that share many design points.

Just my thoughts on the matter (no disrespect to other vapers)

I'm really digging mine now that the button issues are fixed. I just put the adapter on it and am trying it out with the CE2 clearomizer Rev5. Thus far I'm really liking the carto on the SP3!!

Where can I get a 510 adapter? I'd imagine what I need is an 810 male to 510 female adapter. I was thinking about getting an SP3 and would like to put a J Tank or Liquinator on it. Also is there a longer tube available to make it do 6v or another comparably priced 6v mod that is set up for 510? It would be nice to run it with an 18650. Is this possible?

Thank you in advance.

Not sure about the tube, but the older SP2 had a tube that you could run two batteries in. The 810 to 510 adapter I got is from My Vapor Store, but I did have some issues with it fitting on one of my SP3s...the other it fits like a glove...go figure...

Thanks for the link. Evidently you run it at 3.x volts with 1 battery?

Can I put a 3ml tank on this with a LR carto after I purchase the adapter? Will it work ok?

Not sure. The carto is no problem at all, but I took a drive up to Vaporescence recently to buy a tank for mine. They specifically told me it would not work on my spark plug...something to do with air venting too much. I came back here and wrote what they said. Some SP3 users said they are using the liquinator tank on their SP3s with no problems. I have just stuck with cartos and clearos on mine. I seriously doubt it can get much better. Im using a DCC on mine as we speak and every time I exhale I have trouble seeing my computer screen. :vapor:
