Hoping someone can help me with a question. I purchased some empty cartomizers and some spearmint juice and have begun filling the cartomizer in a manner shown by a video someone else posted. No problem getting the end off and the rubber gasket out. My question is this, as I went to drip the juice in it seemed like the cartomizer would only hold 5-6 drops before it became full. I thought that if I turned it and let it sit for a while the juice would saturate the batting but several hours later the juice appears to have saturated the batting but still a fair amount is sitting on top of the batting as if the 5-6 drops actually filled the cartomizer. Everything I have read says the cartomizer will hold 18-20 drops, any idea why the batting is not absorbing more than 5-6 drops ? Is the spearment juice VG instead of PG ? If so, is the thicker PG why it is not absorbing ?
While I have you here, had one other idea and was interested in your thoughts. In Ohio, smoking is banned at all public places. Why wouldn't bar owners buy multiple batteries, loan them out and sell the individual carts for a couple bucks so that people could in essence smoke/vape while they were at the bar ? All batteries would be recharged overnight and ready to go next day. Seems like this would be a great way for bars and restaurants to show they are smoker/vaper friendly while at the same time providing for the non smoker consumer as well ?
Is anyone aware of a bar in there area that is actually using this method/approach to attract the smoking/vaping public ?
