Members can post links, you're fine. The rules however are different for suppliers...

Mike I believe the issue would be if you are linking to your sight, I am not up on all the rules regarding suppliers as that is a specific area that's above my pay grade ;)

Personally I don't see a problem but...

Ooh, sorry, am I a noob or what? Am I not supposed to link/reference specific vendors?

I did find a US based retailer that is carrying the aforementioned RH clone, and you won't have to wait on the overseas freight or buy 50 of them to run your initial inspection. Not sure if I can post that info here (got me wondering), but if you are curious, I could put it in a private message or an email?

I'm generally a law-abiding citizen, so, apologies if I'm getting anyone into trouble. :D

Oh, and Mike, I got your email confirmation today for the driptips order. I cannot wait! Thank you!

Suppliers from China are constantly bombarding us with emails. I noticed this particular company had a history of kayfun related products so I inquired about the quartz kits....Just a curiosity thing. Nothing against vendors peddling clones from China because it's a personal choice. Definitely not something I'd feel good about though.

Thanks for the order! I believe you have an extra included :D

I think maybe I misunderstood some of your guys' previous posts.

I was thinking you were searching for the metal rings that would be used with the Pyrex that you make/sell. I, too, prefer and usually purchase Made in USA before I plop money down on Made in China. However, when price is a concern, I sometimes have to weigh my choices a little more closely. I've no idea how much money is needed to have some kayfun-compatible rings manufactured here in the US, or how expensive the Chinese alternatives might cost. I just assumed the Chinese pre mades would be the cheaper route and allow for the less than $50 price point. :)

Having said that, though, I can see your not wanting to go that route. Cheaper in price most usually translates to lower in quality. Not wanting to put your name on something subpar is understandable. Lots to consider, I guess. I cannot wait to see what you come up with in the long run. I'm confident that your end product is going to be fantastic! I'll be first in line. :D

Hey AJ! Those are getting close...in the coloring stage right now. It's taking a bit longer because we have them tied in with the short tips and metallic tanks. Still about two weeks away.

Right on, no rush... Are the short tips going to be curvy like the ones on your site? I personally would love to see some basic glass short tips that are straight.

Straight as can be and the exposed portion is right around 16mm. Triple o-ring set-up this time around as well. Here's one of the clear prototypes installed on a Kraken. I've been using it for the past few weeks and really like it!

I love it. Can't wait!

Triple o-rings? Nice! I have quite few wobbly drip tips in my collection...
