An authentication number / authenticity / scratch off security code is a single unit number, each unit & number is unique.
All of them Ive seen have a protective layer that must be scratched off to read the number.
Any time a products security code has been checked / verified / entered prior to you doing so there is an extremely high probability that you have a fake / clone, only one of xxxx number can be authentic.
Try cleaning the charger & battery mating surfaces & gently lift the center pin in the 510 connection, then try to charge.
