Spinner v. Twist. Which to get?

I am thinking of purchasing either the Twist or the Spinner. I want a higher mAh battery and the ability to change voltage. I don't think I am quite ready for a mod. LOL

Does anyone recommend one over the other? And why?

I have a Spinner and I love it, I have read different reviews of both so I based my purchase on what I've read here. I think the Spinner was better in some aspects but then again...that was a while back. My Spinner is so wonderful that I just got a new one in the mail today! It's a 1300mah and works really well. I love it.

ETA: I've only had joyetech Twists, which have performed very well for me, but currently the Vision Spinner has a couple of advanges: It's available in higher mAh and the voltage marks are easier to see. The knobs on my Twists have worn at the edges and one I can only adjust the voltage by feel:

I have both and definitely prefer the Spinner. In fact, I like it so much better that I have 5 Spinners (2 1300's and 3 650's), and only one Twist.

Spinners over twists in general. It seems easier to read & adjust the voltage on the spinner.

But lately I enjoy the digital egos most; the little screen makes settings clear and the passthrough makes charging easier.

The fat egos (1300 mah or so) seem a bit too large to me.

Neather get a Joker from The Joker Edge Its about the same size as a ego1000 mah its VV tough will last for a very long time with a little care. It has builder support and best of all its American made. You will have this long after any Ego is in the trash.

I have two of each. Two 1,000 mah spinners and two 1,300 mah spinners. So far, I like them equally. The spinner is easier to see for adjustments, but the twist is a bit thinner and more comfortable in the hand. Basically, it's a tie.

It might work on a Spinner, but clear nail polish wouldn't have made any difference on my Twist (although I suppose I could put little dots on the body and seal those).

It's not a major problem, I like the feel in my hand as kena posted, but the topic came up when some of us old fogies were discussing how reading glasses and bright lights weren't quite cutting it anymore.

I'm so proud of myself that I was sort of able to get a picture! You can see how the edge is wearing away and getting round. None of the pictures I took had the numbers in focus, but I think you can imagine how the rounding is extending up into the numbers. Worth noting is that this was my first Twist and I've chain-vaped the puppy hard for almost a year. The wear is the only negative thing I can say about it, which really isn't too much of a negative, considering I paid about $25 for it and I'm vaping it right now.

I had a buddy tell me to stay away from all of the other lesser known companies for warranty purposes, because i was leaning towards knock offs of the joyetech

That seems like the way to go.
I already have enough 510 & eGo style gear.
Waiting for the Halo Triton Twist to launch.
I almost pulled the trigger on that kit myself.

Ehhh. They're nice, but 650 kinda kills it for me. Plus, they fire after you release the button, too. They got a couple flaws.

Get the 1300mah Spinner. I have a 1000mah Twist and , my second one actually, 1300mah Spinner and I like the Spinner best. I am a moderate heavy vaper and it will stay charged all day. The Spinner is easier to adjust and easier to see, by a long shot, the numbers.

I have 2 SLB VV 1200s identical to the Kgos.
They're very good, USB pass through and show battery level.

I did buy a 400 mah Vision Spinner exclusively for hiking and it's been flawless.
It seems to take forever to charge but it seems like a well made piece of work.
