Here's something I came up with in the office when I need to refill

It will hold 3 cartos

Used an old sock today to spin dry washed carts. Holds over 20 carts in the toe. Just gotta play with them to get them to align correctly.

if you have a drill you have a spinning machine what I did is I got some 3/8 inch tubing from an auto store. cut it into 1 inch strips and put a hole through 1 end of the tube. next I put a piece of wire through the hole in the tubing. do that for 8 pieces of tubing. set those aside. next a cut a 1 foot circle of cardboard. in the middle of the cardboard I put a machine screw in it facing down. (something for the drill to hold onto) then I put 16 screws facing upwards around the outside edge of the card board. at the top of those screws I attached a piece of wire going through the tubing. now you have screw tubing screw with the tubing able to hang freely in between the screws

ok now that you have your contraption complete you put a cart into each tube and a condom on the end. now attach the drill to the downward facing screw and turn on the drill for a second or 2. the carts spin outward from centrifugal force and the juice collects in the condom. when you turn off the drill the carts fall back into a hanging position. there you go there is your spinning machine

Uh, as for an actual spinning machine, I was thinking of something more advanced that fills the cart for you too, where you can just insert your cart in, and out comes your perfectly filled cart. Like a real machine, designed by professional engineers for the purpose of filling and spinning carts. If I had the dough, I'd set up a spinning machine factory here in Japan, and pay some unemployed engineers that I know to design the thing. Any investors out there? PM me. I'm a headhunter and know where to get the good Japanese engineers.

+1 for the prescription bottle method; child safe push-down-turn styles are the best. The caps lock on super tight and so you won't have to worry about your cap coming off and cartos flying all over the place. I don't suggest using a film canister, though - the snap-on lid isn't going to be able to take the weight of 5-7 filled cartos spinning.

If you do this: Drill two holes in the lid, thread one end of your cable/cord down through one and up through the other. Leave the knotted end in your hand so you don't risk the knot coming undone and the setup flying off - a full bottle of cartos can and probably will do severe damage to whatever it ends up hitting if it comes loose. My suggestion for the cord would be parachute cord. (That and 100mph tape hold the world together).

I may be new to vaping, but I'm an old hand at doing stupid things in the name of self-entertainment. Windows can and will be broken if you don't do this right.
