I like the videos. I have a dual screen setup on my PC and will cue up some recent videos on one screen while I'm working on the other. Hardware reviews, juice reviews, whatever - doesn't matter to me. Some people listen to music, I cue up vaping videos :) Even with the bad quality videos I appreciate everyone's efforts. The thing I don't like is misinformation, but you'll get that in written form as well.

Well call me old fashioned, but I prefer to just READ reviews rather than watch them. Seems like those people like to ramble a bit and I don't have the time. Just want to know what it tastes like, if its good, how it vapes. I don't need a big back story..

But I LOVE having videos for technical stuff.. like wrapping coils. I would be lost if I didn't have the visual demonstrations of how things should go.

That is another thing. If you are a decently fast reader, you could knock out a transcript of some of these 30 minute reviews in 10 minutes. As someone said a few replies up, if I'm doing research and trying to absorb 10 reviews of the same thing, sitting through some of these longer videos is grating on the soul lol.

With that said, I in no way dislike the vastness of the vaping community, and how there is something to fit everyone. When I first tried e-cigs with Blu in 2007(maybe?) there was nothing.... now, something new comes out and there are literally 20 threads, 10 reputable reviews, and 5 different vape sites to buy it from within days. It's pretty astonishing really.

Just call me a hater, but in general I hate videos. I can read faster than most people can speak, and I don't need to see video of someone speaking. I'm perfectly capable of reading a story and looking quickly at the accompanying pictures.
Exactly. I also hate videos, and never watch them unless I have no other alternative.

When I am reviewing news stories and I click a link and it takes me to a video instead of an article, I close it down and move on.

The worst thing about videos is that I am forced to watch and listen to tons of BS to get to the information I want.
When I am reading something I can easily skip past anything that doesn't concern me.

The only thing videos are good for is instructions on how to do something complicated.
Or maybe for entertainment, if you have nothing better to do.
