Got mine this morning. Easy set up. I used a cotton/micro coil. No leaks. Nice vape. Pretty impressive device, so far.

What size drill bit are you using? I'm thinking the smaller 1/16 isn't a good idea...not enough wick...I get flooding every time...fixed my dry hits problem by watching a madvape video, but I'm thinking I'm not using enough wick.

I prefer the Taifun GT to the SQuape. There is only one reason and that is the Taifun draws from the side of the body (if that is a correct description) while the SQape draws from the 510 connection. Other than that, I like both, They are easy builds, good flavor and hold a good amount of liquid.

Couldn't agree more! I love my SQuape R. Performs so much better than my R91. Huge flavor and clouds.

I found the SQuape R to be the easiest build I have ever attempted. Coil mounting was a breeze and after watching vaperev's video, I wicked it correctly on the first try and every time afterward. No dry hits, leaks or gurgles. Just a smooth, warm, flavorful vape.

Even though I don't own the V1, I bet that the biggest improvement is the AFC ring. I usually run it wide open and sometimes one hole below and it is the airiest draw of any of my rba's (SQuape R, Erlkonigin & R91).
