Vapage sells 9ml round bottles that will work in the Grand. You must drill out the drip tip of the bottle for the tube.
I went to my local Japanese store (Daiso) that sells items for $1.50 and snagged a bag of 6ml square bottles.
It fits perfectly in my reo mini, I use my exacto knife and made the hole on the lid for the tube to fit through.
I filled it with water and there was no leakage of any sort.
Won't be able to fully test it until my repair kit comes in the mail though.

Came late to this thread... read the first 4 pages, jumped to the last to see if the square bottles had become a reality and started going backwards. So beg your pardon if this is out of context until I can read all the pages.
Have 2 Dremels with a few attachments for them.... but the roto tool of choice around here is my Foredom, also with a lot of accessories. I have several handpieces for it, but it's in storage at the moment and don't remember how large the one with the largest capacity is.
In 4 months Ive had 2 bottles start to leak a bit IMO thats not bad its been well worth it for me to have the additional juice on board and they are cheap enough its not a big deal
I really didn't check it just got a small leak I wasn't concerned so I just tossed it
I'm given to understand you can get 9ml round bottles that fit from Vapage. I think THESE are the ones.
If I had a 18650 reo I would check if it fits, but I only have the 18490 reo. I do have a XL Vmod which uses those 9ml bottles. The bottle is pretty sturdy, barely see the seam on the bottle too.
The 6ml bottles I got off eBay from Japan and they work great I've had them in my wife's OG Mini, 2x 18490 minis, and my 18490 woody for 2-3 months now no leaking yet knock on Woodville!
I'll look for the link....there's a link for 100 of the little ones, and none of the others, for about $20 mailed. I hate to admit it, But I got those. I have LOTS of little bottles. How about you let me send you a handful of them. Please.
Hey, so I just skimmed through all 1000 pages of the square bottle thread, and I'm ready to give them a whirl... but its saturday and nothings going to ship out till monday anyways...
I have the reo mini LP. And Its not so much for capacity, but I don't like to aim when I squonk.
So on amazon I can order those variety packs, and get six bottles for ten bucks, and throw away the rest of them...
Or I could just order 100, for 20 bucks you say? and send some off to other reo mini users.
I also wanted to make sure that they were the thicker red capped ones rather than the flimsier ones, because it seems to be a bit of an issue.
So unless you still have a bunch sitting around lemme know

I just tried that, it does work wonder to make squonking faster on the standard bottles.
I measured it by looking at the hole on the rm2 : on a full bottle, before adding the oring i needed around 3 secs to get the hole wet.
After adding the oring, barely one sec. So, win !
I don't need more than 6mls in my Grand but I sure wish Vapage had a 6 ml for the Mini. The one I'm using is pretty flimsy.

My square bottles came in today. Such an improvement over the stock bottle. It squonks and drains excess much better.
Wife finally put a finger nail through one of hers but my 3 are still going strong!
Has anybody used the medium-size bottle in their Grand?
