What size drill bit gives the correct sized hole on the plastic cap?

So I'm lazy and didn't read the whole thread, but I get the drift that these square bottles are a custom job. I have a few that came with the reo I purchased in the classies, and it works great. I don't have a 6ml grand bottle from Rob to compare, but I like the square bottle much better than the 3ml reo mini bottle I'm using on my mini. Plus the obvious - it's more joose!

My stupid question is why in the world aren't these standard, or at least an option from Rob? Perhaps this has come up in the thread already (see previous comment about being lazy). I'm just wondering if this is on the horizon because it seems to make so much sense. I'm sure I can get another cap drilled out and working fine, but if I could purchase these I would buy a half dozen in a heartbeat.

Rob couldn't find a good source of strong, reliable square bottles. And I'm thinking he didn't want to opt for these thin "Japanese specials"

No trash talk on these bottles I'm sure they work great in mini's but I have heard about them being very thin. One day you might sqounk and get a hand full of juice!

They're just a modification that some of us have tried. RGLP4Lyfe is right in what he said. You can buy more if you like them. Go to eBay and search "soy sauce bottles."

I haven't been to this thread in a while but I built a new mod not long ago that by necessity of size, uses a square bottle...I was crossing my fingers on the leak/blow out thing but the bottle I'm using appears bullet proof...I think it's more of a quality control issue than a shape issue.

I'm not suggesting buying 20 square bottles to get 1-2 good ones but...

That's what happened to you Quigs? You bought the whole pack and only a few good ones came of it? Or are you saying if I just want 2 or 3 is not worth it? Do they take forever to get to the states?

I must be honest and say I went back to the original bottles.
I really liked having 6ml but I just wasn't happy with the quality of the bottles. Too thin and unreliable. Some leaked, some didn't, some cracked at corners due to stress when squonking with bottle less than half full, some caps sealed, some didn't.
So....I just bought me a TRA Grand, put in a 9ml Vapage bottle and I'm good to go all day! :)
I now use the minis for stealth vaping, or brief outings when small size matters and 3ml is plenty.

I got the mixed pack, I think there was 3-4 of ea. size...the first one I used as Rudy stated was really thin and the cap wasn't the best so I just tossed it into the box 'o' dead vape gear...until I built this new mod and I needed a super short 18mm wide bottle...so I figured I'd try it again, I must have grabbed a different one as this one is actually pretty thick...it's probably just a fluke cause all the rest are meh...

I agree, the Vapage 9's are my bottle of choice as well.
