Well...the Aqua v2 is in second place after the Rose in flavor for me, with the Phenomenon Lite licking its heels. I like it so much I bought the SE, too.
That's what I like to hear, I love the flavor from the Rose! Thank goodness there are not many GUS clones out there or I would be looking for a Spheroid and Phenomenon as well... :)

I have 2 Phenomenons, too, lol!

When you can, get a Nectar clone as well.

I am not a big fan of the Aqua V2. I always loved the look, feel, and design of it, but flavor-wise, it never lived up to it's hype for me, and I've since shelved it. I have other tanks that are far better in the flavor department. The KS is a good example of one. ;) I never liked building the Aqua V2 either. The angled post holes make it awkward to mount the coils, and the wicking is more finicky then it's predecessor.

I feel as though I'm it's only cheerleader, but if you are interested in that style of tank, take a look at the EHPro Epoch D1. Similar airflow to the Aqua V2, top filling, liquid control, and the coils/wicks can be accessed without draining the tank. It is my all-time-favorite in the flavor department, and IMO, much better then the Aqua V2.

Flavor on it is definitely build dependent, mine do not see as much use as others I have for sure, and yes they are a little fiddly to build. None the less for the price they can be had for now days its not a bad purchase, and to someone like me that enjoys messing with new stuff

Excellent! First check box ticked.

I just hate you two... You guys are my crack dealers, now you know I just have to get the Aqua 2... :-x

In all seriousness there is much luv and respect for both your opinions! I have done some reshuffling of products in the cart on FT and the Rose V2-S can wait since I already have two regulars. The Aqua 2 from Kanvape is cheaper than the unknown one on FT (too bad they still didn't sell the OTM), and the KS would have been coming from FC, which means a 3-4 week wait since we only have NL post as an option in Canada. The shipping from Kanvape will cost me a few bucks but I'll have it in 2 weeks. I am not going to wait for the clearance sale, shinyitis doesn't know how to wait.

The Black KS is just as good as the SS one yes? I really like the looks of the Black one.

@ccwaters is this the correct GS II version, I want to be sure it is the Shenray. If you think there is a better version then feel free to post a link. I was pondering the 22mm version but I think the smaller one will be better.
$17.51 GS II Styled RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer (3ml) - stainless steel + glass at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Many thanks to all who replied, and soon, another wait will begin. Damn I hate waiting on Vapemail.
:toast:

I got my GSII from Focale when they had them listed for a lot more $$$ :grr: I'm quickly learning to not buy anything from Focal when first lited! But yes, the one you linked appears to be the Shenray, Hotcig is slightly nicer, but not enough to warrant the extra $$$, especially if your trying to stretch them as much as possible.

As for the KS, black one is identical, I haven't used it much yet, but the black finish appears to be well done, and durable.

That mentioned Shinytitis ailment you mention has cost me a fair bit over the years, I DO know what you mean!

Not sure I could tell the difference between the one Fasttech listed as authentic/OTM and the Tobeco, they are pretty much identical, only reason I know which is which right now is the one listed as "authentic" has juice in it, and the Tobeco has a better plastic tank on it. I doubt anyone could tell the difference otherwise.
Yea the little Nectar is pretty decent.

Ok, here is the update.
Kanvape had a problem with the CVV number on my CC, possibly because it is a disposable or their software was glitching. So I ended up going to FC for the KS, I'll have to wait but with a little more reshuffling of cart items I have the following inbound...

FC Stuff:
Black Tobeco KS
Aqua 2 (Here's hoping this one is a good 'un ;))
Hotcig K.Loud (Added bonus! Always wanted one and the Dremel is standing by for a possible airflow mod.)

FT Stuff:
Taifun GSII (Shenray, I need to read up in a GSII thread.)
Other assorted spares including a Kayfun base, blue 510 connectors, battery sleds etc...

Very productive morning! The FT stuff will be here in 10 days the FC will be 3 weeks, so in the meantime I'll just wait and drool over the KS pics posted here. :D

I am going to look into the Nectar's for next time and hopefully an Enden Mods Snapdragon gets made by Shenray, Hotcig or Tobeco.

Just a heads up guys. There's about a thousand hairline cracks in my KS around the refill port. I didn't even over tighten it, IMO. Just noticed it this morning. It isn't causing it to leak or anything yet, just looks awful now with a spiderweb inside there. I guess be careful tightening that port!

What kind of juice are you vaping in it? Sounds like the effects of a tank cracker.

Had the same thing happen in my Orchid V2 tank. It spider web cracked the whole tank over night. Turns out a banana flavoring used in this liquid was a tank cracker.

It's called 3 Day Weekend by Mittens Vapor. It's a Banana/custard combo. Would a juice cause it to crack in just one section like that? I've probably been vaping on the same juice for about a week or so. Since I got the KS. I had just assumed it was the tightening of the refill port since that's where the cracks were. Major bummer :(

I don't know....maybe the tank is more susceptible there because it's been cut for the threading?

The fact that your liquid contains banana makes me think that's the culprit.
I gotta say, I think you're right. Looks like it's cracking even more now. Well. Bought two more KS RTAs lol. Just gotta figure out what flavors to stay away from now.

Thanks for the heads up. I really only thought that Cinnamon was the only stuff that'd crack plastic (this is my first experience with a plastic tank.)

My wife manages a vapor store, so I just asked her..... Here is a short list off the top of her head of flavorings that are potential tank crackers:

Pineapple, Banana, Cinnamon, Spearmint, Wintergreen, some cherries, amaretto, "blueberry candy" (I don't know what that is either), some apples, some oranges.....
