Thanks, I agree. But it was just luck of he draw back then... I still only used authentic AW IMR Button Top batteries in my mechs and Reos back then. And their color inspired when I first got and named the black anodized Reo LP/SL Mini in very early 2016 'The Widow'.
It doesn't show in this picture i took of the blacked out Reo P67 that was also inspired with the red batts.... I called it Murderxxx.
Naming mod set ups all those years ago was probably silly to most folks, but like trying to make more interesting pictures of my gear it was something to do to liven up things around here.

The Brass Mini 14500 is the heaviest Reo he made, and is as small as the smallest original Mini's he made five years before it. I also have one of those 14500 OG mini's from 2/2011 that I ran a Hornet on... a pristine anodized blue one. Both the OG Mini and my five 1.0's all fit in a black leather belt clip Janty holster perfectly for easy carry.)

It doesn't matter if it is fancy, the simple setups can be the best in IMO
Boxing up my REOS collection, I momentarily thought about putting my 'babies' in the Classifieds. Two LP REOS Minis, custom ordered from Rob himself. One is solid brass, polished finish. The other is solid aluminum, polished finish. Matching LP RM2's and firing button caps. Never saw e-liquid, never been fired, collection pieces only.
But I am probably the only person on earth who would spend $500 on these babies, so in they get polished, wrapped up and boxed away with everything else.
