I've used this eliquid many times before & not had this problem.

When I first got this particular mod, the bottle was screwed on a little wonky. I filled it & the first couple times it seemed like it didn't match up quite right. Then it started screwing in fine & I forgot I ever had that problem. I guess I assumed it was fixed & not a problem any longer. Perhaps it was never really fixed & now it's just warn out earlier than normal as a result. I have 1 extra bottle (I got 1 with my first REO)

I I'll try the other bottle & hopefully that will alleviate the problem. I thought maybe I just wasn't putting the oring back in right but after trying it so many times I'm sure that can't be it. Anyway, thanks for the feedback everyone.

I find that the o-ring in the cap for Mini's can be fussy compared to the 6 ml bottles. If you look straight on at the cap, if it looks like the o-ring is "way up inside there" chances are it's been smooshed too far up into the cap. Can't really describe it better than that, but if it looks like it's up above the cap threads and into the nipple area when viewed from the side (even though it really isn't - it just looks that way) - that's when I have problems squonking a Mini. All I do is fiddle the o-ring back down into the threads part of the cap, and let the next bottle-screwing-on reseat it.

Then, of course, the next time I screw a bottle on too tightly I have to do it all over again. Ehhh - toothpick, bit of a wiggle/pull to move the o-ring, minimal brain power required. Fixed.
