Ha! No, I'm not a vendor but I've had been stocking up on everything in case the government gets stupid. Or should I say stupider.

I can see them saying that it's bad because it's another way to get addicted to nicotine instead of seeing that it's a life saving healthier option for ex-smokers...I read that 20% of the population smokes(I think it was in the USA but not sure) and we need the help vaping offers! ***Gets off soapbox

When you say that you squonk a few times before you fire it, does that mean you just squeeze the bottle or do you take dry pulls while you squeeze it? Is my Super Noob hat showing?

Squeeze the bottle and draw with no power, gurgle-gurgle-gurgle. With a new carto I do it a few times before a powered hit. Afterwards only once every 6-8 hits, you need to make sure it has juice for the first hour or so, it can run out on you pretty easy if you don't pay attention.
