Stacked dual coil on an IGO-L?

Instead of having dual coils across each other would it be possible to stack two coils on top of each other to avoid having to drill two airholes?

I've seen this on a uk forum. He used the bottom coil for vapor and the top coil for th using one hole. Two holes just makes more vapor.

interesting concept. it would be similar to a dct clearo style except its on a dripper.

but i think a single airhole is still enough since the air will flow in a "L" like shape to the drip tip.

so TH shouldn't really be affected much unless you space the coils really far apart.

You surely can. I would suggest boring out the air hole as well, You wouldn't want to suffocate the coils.

Yeah I have it drilled out to 1.6mm
