Stale Tasting Juice?

I frequent this board now, searching for different popular juices and once in a while I'll order one and it has a super "stale" flavor.
Perhaps it's supposed to be a tobacco flavor?
I'm steeping them, maybe this means I need to steep longer?

For example, JuicyVapor's Tiger's Blood.
Smells fantastic, but has this odd stale taste to it on top of the fruity flavor.

Steeping and also shaking the bottle may help. Shaking the bottle is an important part of it too.
I'd leave it for another few days or a week, give the bottle shake each day, then try it again.
It sounds like the flavors haven't mixed fully.
