I am not sure what is better then the V2 SD and thats what I am using right now.....puff puffff ahhh lol
I know that it's a million times better then all the things I tried before..started life off on a E-goTanker and drank and wore my sher of juice!....switched to a stardust after a friend got me back on the vaping wagon after a year of once and a while put it a way and go light up a cig!.....well I now use the E-go with a V2 Stardust and also bought a Lava Tube each for my wife and I as a 7days with no smokes gift!.....still using the V2 stardust as the few other clearos and things I have tried sucked and were almost as bad as the E-go Tankers!!
what would you recomend I try for a change up?

Vision 5ml 2.0 Ohm Stone Tank Clearomizer
They also have innards on sale.
Here it is in action. Way better then the Nova or SD.
Funning some more with the Vision Stone3 Part ducey. - YouTube

some of the ones i have tried in the last week: V510 Vission 1.2ml-----argh yummy juice in by mouth miked with plastic/electrical fire kind of taste!
- Smoketech 6ml tank dual coil carto clear...got two of these and wifes is great and mine is leaking bad down my lava tube!!
i even changed the carto inside from the pack of extras we bought...nope still leaking out the battery conection and into my mouth...tried to adjust my drawing from it no luck!..I can use the wifes and it is ok?

I am intrigued by the Boge low resistance 2.0 ohm but as I am green I have to ask, this just looks like a cardo!? What do you need to use them in? Or do you just put a drip tip on the end??? Also looking at the 510 XL CE3 Smoky Mizer bottom coil. Any thoughts on this. I would appreciate any info. My local parts guy is Canvape so if you can recommend anything else that they carry other then the V2 Stardust that would be great.

I will say Smokeymizers aren't for the new vaper. They need to be filled a particular way or you will waste all of your juice. I would wait on those unless you're sure you want to learn how to do it properly. They vape great IF they are filled properly.

Boge 2.0 is just a cartomizer, albeit one of the best IMO. I used to use LR until I got a Lavatube then I moved to SR 3.0ohm. You can use it on anything with a 510 connection. You don't have to put a drip tip on it but you can. It just has polyfill inside that holds the juice. They hold about 1ml (the standard size ones... there are also XL size available now).

As for your tanks.... tanks are just finicky. It takes a lot of trial and error to find out how many holes to punch in the carto for certain juices, it depends on the carto you use as well (density of polyfill is crucial). Trial and error, really.

My procedure for filling the Smokeymizers is as follows:

Take a clear end cap (condom) from a carto and put it over the threads of the Smokeymizer as far as it will possibly go (this creates suction). Make sure you always put the condom on before you remove the drip tip and the filling plug. After you have that done, you can now remove the drip tip and fill plug. Now, fill the carto with juice but make sure you keep the carto stays horizontal. Don't fill it vertically, keep it as horizontal as possible. Once it's full, you can put the fill plug and drip tip back in. Make sure you put them both back in before you take the condom off the threads.

And that's it! That is the only method that works for me. If I do it any other way, the juice will pour right out the threaded end.

Hi Cobber ... just wondering if you have an update for us on these? I've been eyeballing them but have had such horrible luck with the SD's that am reluctant to try them until I hear more reviews. My probs with the SD's have been leakage ... and more leakage!! How are these working for you?

Sorry for the long wait guys... I honestly forgot about this thread.
So my thoughts here is what I sent you in a PM

Cracked ... pretty much enough said. I was using Bobas in them and they were OK. Not great. They are a little higher res (about 2.7ohm) so I think they would be much better on a VV device (I used a 650mah ego).
Good flavor, meh TH, meh-good vapor on the ego.
I don't think I would by them again.
But I just got some V3 stardust with the longer wicks and at week 2 without cracks! The bottom ring seems to be a bit looser on the new ones so I think they are easier on the tank bottom and they is helping to not get the pressure cracks that spike up from the bottom

The fill is kinda cool ... you take off the mouth piece and there is a large white post sticking up. You push the post down and it is attached to the red ring inside the tank so you just pour your juice in.

Wait, what? I've never seen that particular type of Stardust. Is it a Vision product? As far as I know the only new Stardust coming out (or rather, I guess is officially out, or will be at any time now) is the one with the replaceable atty heads, like a Stardust-shaped Vivi Nova, which I'm expecting to get in very soon. Do you have a link to the ones you got?

Sorry ... I miss copied the info ... the odd way to fill is the Kanger.

Oh really? Hmmm I ordered 5 of the long wick ones for my friend. I gave her what I believe is a V2 a while ago and she likes it so I ordered some v3 SD's thinking they'd be better. Anyone else tried the long wick ones?

I am using the LR long wick Star dust right now... Either I have a bad batch but all 5 of them a so finiky If I fill to the line or a little below they leak, I get the bubble puff and it leaks onto the battery on my second or 3rd hit t'ill the level of juice goes at least 3 lines below the full line if not more. All 5 of them are doing the same thing so I decided to take them apart and gave them a good wash and tap them back in a little tighter but that is not the issue as I suspected. It seems like the wicks are the culpirits. I'm thinking they may absorbe way too much liquid and flod the coil.

So on one of them I did cut the wicks and that seemed to have fixed the problem, I can vape it up, down, sideways no bubbling or leak. So I tried the tilt vaping with the long wick like we do with the short wick ones and it did not bubble or leak, go figure :glare: and all this time I thought the purpose of the long wick was so we didn't have to tilt.

That is the experience i've had so far with the LR long wick star dust... Finicky

I had the same experience with the one I used on the weekend. Constant flooding out the battery end & a very muted taste.

Can't wait until the rebuild-able 2.0 reaches the Canadian soil.
