started my liquid-protein fast for surgery...

...which is 2 weeks away yet, but i have to shrink the liver/stomach so they have room to work on what they need to do.

and as predicted, vaping has become my new BFF. all the others i'd tried (which i mentioned in my 'what is your story' post awhile back) i'd have been done with them by now and back on analogs. i am amazed at how well this product works, that all my batts are still working with rotation and regular charges and all that, and thanks to everyone on this forum i've learnt lots of cleaning/filling tricks to keep carts long-lasting, as while i've made One Last Purchase with the sale that was just on... i can't buy for awhile now. my money will be going toward vitamins, driver's ed this spring for the teen, her birthday, dr's copays... and regular bills.

so thank you, V4L, for making such a trustworthly and long-lasting product. i will be without 'chewable' food for the next five to six weeks total... and vaping was never so good as it is today, on day one.

hope all goes well for the upcoming surgery. about 3 years back I had a gastric bypass. WISH I'd had e-cigs then. They would have helped with the fasting thing. I know they're keeping me sane and thin now.

I will give up all of my breakfast and lunches, and do the protein shake with you for the next 2 weeks. I have some myoplex drinks I need to use up anyway.
