Quick glance through, and there's just something about the way that, it looks that doesn't sit right with me.
What are the advantages to this? Do you hold it in your hand and use a closed grip on it? I assume it's just longer battery life, and it holds more e-liquid, right?

I understand wanting a cigarette looking ecig. About the best you can do there and get a good performance is with the 510 kit. I mentioned the joye stick as an aside to the Colonel from his comment on the 801 atomizers, which the Joye stick uses. It's a more mellow type vape vs. the 510 but it comes either in a 'penstyle ecig' - longer than the 510 models or the Joye Stick form.

Some of the things I like about the Joye stick is that it doesn't look like a cigarette ;-) And it is small enough to be concealed in the palm - kind of a 'stealth vape'. Button on the bottom (for me) so I'm peering over the top of my fingers... Although I've had people asked me what that was?... I say: 'a personal vaporizer' and they move on. It has a charging cord that you can hook up to a usb wall or car charger so that when you disconnect, you have a fully charged battery. Battery lasts about 3.5 to 4 hours vs. 1-2 hours on a 510 kit ecig. And yes, the cartridge is about 3 times the size of the 510 and 901 carts - so more ejuice. And again, it's a nice smooth cooler vape than the 510 and it works well with fruit/berry and the lighter flavors than the 510. And the black matte finish is really cool too! Lol

That said, most of my flavors are of the stronger type 'habana reserve', absinthe, real tabs (tobacco), coffee and I have 510 mods and a few eGo's/tornados for those flavors.

Just out of curiosity, when you say that it lasts 3-4 hours, is that counting like this? Took it off the charger at 2pm, it should be dead by 5pm?
Cooler? What do you mean by that? Literally, the atty doesn't get as warm or something?

As far as the battery goes. That's the time spent vaping and of course your mileage may vary depending on how much you vape. With you, a Joye Stick might last you all day but for a heavy vaper it's going to last 3-4 hours. (just so you know, battery times are listed as 'mAh' (miliamp hours - the Joye Stick's battery - a 10440 type is around 360mAH and you can estimate the time it would last by figuring 100mAh = 1 hour.)

Cooler? The 510 atomizer for example has a lower ohm rating so it burns hotter than the 801. 510 = @2.1 ohms and the 801 @3.8ohms (although now, there are different ohms for attys in the same model, but the one you would get with a kit would be the 'regular' ohm ones.)

So the vapor from an 801 is much cooler in the mouth than that of the 510 for example.

901 3.3 ohms

I'll muddy the waters and suggest the DSE901 vs the DSE801 for a mellower 3 piece PV. As some else mentioned, its between the 510 and 801 in terms of a mellow vs. harsh vape. You can get adapters so you can try 510 atomizers or KR808D-1 cartomizers. Or just go with only 1 adapter for the 510 and get both a 510 atomizer and 510 cartomizer. The 901 will give more taste and vapor than the 801 but less TH and vapor than the 510. Battery life will be a bit better than with the 510.

As far as size goes. Analog is 8mm in diameter, 86 (filter) or 100 mm long. DSE901 is 9.6mm diameter, 110mm long. Joye 510 is 9.6 mm in diameter 106mm long. KR808D-1 is 9.6mm diameter and about 108mm long. Some cartomizers are a bit longer and increase the length a few mm. Both the KR8 and 510 have mega batteries which extend life at the expense of making a longer PV.

I can't help but feel like a 510, is in my near future.
Although I'm still considering this, greatly.

No... or, only by coincidence.

What I like about the Revolver elite (still looking at that more than anything really. it's confirmed that it's not a K8whatever as mentioned before), is the PCC, and all that fits in it.

There are PCCs for the KR8's, 510s and I believe the 901 but not sure on that or if they are still available. The Revolver looks more like a cig and if you're not a heavy smoker - don't need the big vapor, it might be right for you.

I'm still leaning towards it. It just seems simple, no mixing and matching. It's all fairly straight forward with that one, and most people seem to like it.
Being a beginner, it seems like something easy (training wheels, if you will), is in order, as opposed to something, bigger, or more fancy.
the way I figure it, I need to try something to get a better baseline of what I like, IRL, as opposed to what I think I will like.
