So I've had my PV for about a week now I think and it has helped with some of my nervous ticks and anxiety. Keeping in mind I'm using non-nicotine juice. I'm vaping all the time and its been very satisfying. No bad effects other than my throat gets dry after an hour or so of vaping without drinking anything (Oh no! It makes me drink more water!). At the start of next month I hope to order 2 flavors from Tasty Vapors.

The one thing we feared was it would make my fiance want to go back to smoking, but it hasn't and she says she doesn't even want her own PV, but she snags mine now and then, so I don't believe her, lol.

I have also noticed that I have less anxiety and less panic attacks since I switched to e-cigs. I don't know if it's something in the juice that helps or something in the cigarettes I used to smoke that aggravated the anxiety issues. Either way, I'm not complaining :).

funny, "they" did a study on smokers recently that showed that smokers in general are more short-tempered than non-smokers. I wondered, though, if smoking makes you short-tempered or if "smoker's personality type" is a short -tempered type to begin with. I blame the cigarettes now, because I've been feeling quite calm lately. :) (except when I'm trying to "play" on ECF and the kids keep nagging me about "we're huuuungry....when's diiiiinnner??")
